Taco Bell, El Dorado Hills CA

I’m going to have to start sitting in the drive through line and individually unwrapping every item, is exponentially sad when workers who are repeating my order back to me CANT read a monitor and complete an order, not only are neither of my burritos made correctly they aren’t even both modified the same way, Congrats on that achievement I guess, on top of that I was given lumpy room temperature nacho cheese with my order and they’ve been out of multiple sauces for like a month, this location is continuously going down hill, but I guess when it’s the only place open after like 10pm people will keep on showing up for bad customer service…

They don't open when it says they're supposed to be open and they had no food prepped so I couldn't get any food that I had actually wanted. Even sadder, what I did order came out to be the saddest and sloppiest burrito I have ever received at a taco bell. It seems fast food just keeps going more and more downhill unfortunately.

I spent 15 minutes in line, no one at the counter. Spent another 15 seconds n the drive up It didn’t move. Left without buying anything. Used the bathroom while I was inside. It was disgusting!

I live in shingle springs and drove here because the taco bell near me takes 45+ minutes. After tonight ill never go to taco bell again. Spent $15 on 3 items and they were garbage. One of the burritos was literally almost empty.

Genuinely wish I could give zero stars. Horrible customer service, they don’t even acknowledge the fact you’re standing there. Huge waste of time and money.

Constantly understaffed, out of items or cash (literally unable to give change), and slow to service or even greet customers. Also just terrible customer service in general.

I wish I had thought to take photos but this was the dirtiest taco bell I have ever been to. For it to be in a neighborhood of such gorgeous house you would think they would have a nice clean environment but I was so wrong. The windows were filthy. The bathroom sink looked as if someone had thrown up in it. Then there were all kinds of wrappers on the ground where they cook the food. The dining area was very noisy due to a certain machine placed at the counter. I was in shock for sure. Maybe it was because it was nearing the end of the day. Who knows but I couldn't believe how dirty it was.

Had to deal with a very rude mgr because of the order they screwed up! Don’t waste your time at Taco Bell, much better food elsewhere! If I could make this post without giving even one star, I would…. That is how annoyed I am at the disrespect and lack of customer svc toward the customer.

Very slow, thats the only complaint I really have. Took 20 min for drive through many times. Dine in is not great either because hardly this place is clean. Hopefully top management notice it soon.

Absolutely terrible. Don't remember when I have that bad customer service. I dont think it is okay to cry after being insulted in drive through.
If lobby is closed - absolutely don’t go to drive through. It can be your last straw of the day.

If you only have 30 minutes for lunch skip this taco bell! Mobile order or dine in takes about 30 minutes to get your food.

Not one thing correct. Placed mobile order…got the order incorrect. All they had to do was not put the sauce it comes with on. Asked for no ice in drink. 30 seconds later I’m being handed a drink with ice. Not to mention NONE of the building lights were on not even the menu board at the drive through. It’s 8: 45pm. Seems like your employees don’t want to work.

Ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito, they put ground beef in instead of steak and didn’t tell me. Also made the burrito extremely flat

Taco Hell it should be called, especially this location. Rude, disgustingly dirty, flies everywhere, nor paper towels nor T. P. By far THE worst taco bell I've ever visited. And I've spent a lot of time in Mexico.

My beef burrito had cinnamon sugar on the outside of the tortilla, from someone else’s Cinnabon bites. It ruined it and I threw it away.

There was an older man there that just was awesome everybody else didn't seem to care about me being thereI don't know who he was but he was awesome

Drive thru is VERY SLOW and the only thing open. When trying to go through the drive thru employees were unable to help me when they were out of a item and was told I had to cancel the whole order and wait again.

Waited in drive through for 45 minutes and actually never even got our order taken. Ended up just leaving along with most of the line.

Waited 45 mins to get 2 chalupas and a chicken quesadilla! And told them I want refund and they said they can’t do it! I don’t care I didn’t get my food it’s been 45 mins not my fault your short staffed at 4 people and not my fault your restaurant is called fast food! This is ridiculous

It's taco bell so the food is good for what it is, the cameron park location is hit and miss as to how quickly they get you in and out of drive thru, they are short handed so that is a good reason, however still seems they should be faster.
