Taco Bell, Marina CA

I stood in the front, waiting to order for at least five minutes while to the employees were chitchatting about their personal lives. The entire restaurant inside was empty. I was the only customer. Then once my order was done, the employee, just stop the bag on the counter and didn’t say here you go or thank you or anything. I didn’t even know if it was mine or a mobile order. Overall weird vibes inside.

Drive thru time scam I hate that only benefits the workers screws everyone else no receipt supreme tacos looked the same

I ordered in their self serve kiosk and it took me around 10 minutes to get my food. The place looked a bit understaffed considering I went around 12, the main lunch rush. The food however, was good and I enjoyed it.

When someone requests NO sour cream that is what they are expecting.
The menu screen did have No sour cream on it.

Theeeee slowest taco bell in the nation.

They serve the drive thru first, before anyone.

They closed their lobby early and only had open the drive thru. An employee told us we could walk through the drive thru and they would take our order. We patiently waited in the drive thru to ultimately get rejected and sent home with no food. Rude.

Edit. We went back and they did not put chicken in my chicken quesadilla.

Maybe it's because it gets very busy bt I always find myself having to wait a very Ling time to get my food. Other than that it's ok

The kiosk sucks. No timer for inside service, so 8 drive thru orders are filled before inside orders. Out of my wife's favorite salsa. They forgot half of our order. Other than that, kinda ok.

Ok I ordered a Mexican pizza and a burrito extra onions and cheese. Mexican pizza was un edible, and the burrito wasn't made correctly at all.

Horrible! No line, we were told to get out of line and use a kiosk instead of having someone take our order. It took forever to get our food and I'm pretty sure the people that ordered after us got their food before us

Pricing is not right. A taco, burrito and a drink for over $6 (this was in 2016) 2023- 3 taco and a drink for $10. They are crazy

Love this place especially the drive thru lady at night, she's nice, food was good (no clue why everyone dislikes taco bell in general). Just the line gets too long.but that's what you would expect from good food.

It's Taco Bell. I only get the Breakfast Crunchwrap Combo it's usually tasty and digest well.

Soda dispenser missing one twist cap. Couldn't get the soda I wanted. I'm diabetic so total 3 options excluding water. I wanted Diet mountain dew. Told staff and the management didn't care.

Disgusting food and horrible customer service. My good had a dead insect and the manager told me I can’t do anything about it.
