Taco Bell, Oakdale CA

This Oakdale franchise should be the example of ALL fast food restaurants. This is by far the most friendliest staff of a Taco Bell franchise I've ever encountered. Possibly of any fast food franchise. The service is quick, accurate, and the interior is very clean. I wish I had the names of the employees to complement for they deserve a lot of credit.

Prices of the Steak Burrito rang up 50 cents more than the posted price. When I brought it to their attention they just said, that's just the way it is.

To whom it May concern, my family had a very horrible experience tonight. My daughter went through the drive through and proceeded to make sure that everything was in the bags. And the burritos that she ordered were not in the bag. She informed the cashier that there were no burritos in the bag and the cashier told her yeah they're in the bottom of the bag. So my daughter proceeded to empty out the bag to see if this was true. No burritos to be seen in any of the bags. She wants to inform the cashier no there are no burritos in the bag. So they informed her to bring the bags back to the counter they went through the bag and no there were no burritos. Then my daughter tells me that they got together about the situation and basically was giving her attitude the whole time. In their hurry they crushed the tacos and still left out one of the burritos. And the Mexican pizzas were tossed about. She came home frustrated.

Food was good, service was slow, but another customer, an elderly man, that made it all funny. He commented on how it used to be fast food. We each waited for about 5 minutes, 1 by one our orders came out.

Never a bad moment at Taco Bell, Oakdale. Only frustration is the Drive Thru line tends to hang out the road and depending on the day you may get stuck for awhile.

The worst Taco Bell! Forget half my order on DoorDash! So had to drive there and the manger tells me she seen me lol duh I order or dash and I’m showing you forgot my items

Very friendly staff at the drive thru. All the food was just what we expected. Who doesn't love Taco Bell?

A mature Mexican woman running the kitchen, that means the food was extra good and not skimped on. She even came to the front to clarify the order. Keep her. She is a gem.

Got our order wrong. Then said ohh we didn't charge you for these items the right amount. Racist feeling.

Everything in the bag was the opposite of how I ordered it. Poorly ran establishment. 50 dollars down the drain because they wouldn't refund my money.

Would be nice if they get your orders right all the time but I have to say rhea put up with alot of rude people

Always out of menu items, poorly made items they do have, orders botched on a regular basis. Tough sell for me to return again. No thanks. If you do eat the bell, don't do it here.

From the first moment you arrive in that place they give you an enjoyable feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a happy place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date.enjoyable cuisine, creative chef, decent pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Fast service in the drive through & they got my order right, (a mexican pizza with no tomatoes & a cheese quesadilla) They gave me plenty of napkins & mild sauce. I had a slushi drink, called something like an electric blue something with a green sour mix in. It was very good! The sour stuff was VERY SOUR!
