Taco Bell, Anaheim CA

Doesn’t accept drive through orders, only mobile orders through the drive through apparently. Or the workers just decided they were done for the night at 10: 30pm.

Used order kiosk because no staff would take my order. Then it took so long three drive thru customers got food before me. Bad experience.

Went through drive through and was told that they were only doing order pickups despite their hours saying that they were open and ended up being stuck in the drive through lane for a long time for nothing.they're also always out of the cinnabons.

Best Taco Bell I have ever been to. My food was very well made, fresh & tasted very good. The entire restaurant inside & outside was very clean. I was greeted entering the restaurant & everyone was very nice & helpful.
I will be returning & I do recommend highly.

The restaurant is clean, and organized. However, i sense a little hospitality in the environment. Plus, the customer service reps DO NOT use name tags, but ask us for our names.

Ordered two combo boxes amongst other things, but first time ordering combos, that all food was given in a single bag. Had to separate all items once reached home.

They messed up one of our chalupa orders and decided to give it to us anyway, and added chicken to my vegetarian chalupa.i am religiously vegetarian.this has literally ruined taco bell for me.

Its taco bell and it tastes good. Simple as that. Staff is friendly too but lets be honest. Do you go to tacobell for the staffing?

This location appears closed. We have been here twice at 8a.m. In the past week and no one is inside despite hours posted as open at 7a.m.

This is one of the only Taco Bell's in area that stats open later than 10 (which surprised me on such an early closing time) and I believe 1am. Food was as ordered, fresh, tasty and quick.

They must be struggling with hiring, because man, my order is wrong like every other time I go.

Stay at the window and make sure your order is right AND bite your burrito to double check

Supposed to be open, hours says open. Pull up to drive thru and they said they're doing delivery orders only? Really? 2nd taco Bell location that had been closed before posted hours.

Food is great, but it’s probably the most inconsistent fast food location I’ve been to. It’s the only location near my house but I expect for them to be:
1.not open on time
2. Not have potatos
3. Have one person working there
4. Not serve breakfast
5. Long waits
Or at least two of the above.

I don’t run into this at Del T, and I grew up with Taco Bell: (

Also, twice they gave me the wrong item, and when I asked why they said “we’re out of potatoes so we gave you something else. ”

They fixed an order they messed up quickly and without question, with a smile.that is good customer service and I'm happy to say I'll be back because of it:)

Always great experience at this location. I'm a vegetarian so I enjoy the mix matches your able to do. I get the brc with added shredded cheese and potatoes: p
