15I would be more happier if I didn't see the workers getting disrespected by a group of people who didn't have enough for the food they wanted.
Went in for brunch and no customer service what so ever takes forever to attend customers in dine in area
Starting to come a little to often, rarely do fast food places make you happy but i'm glad to leave this 5 star review nice tacobell keep up the great work everyone deserves a raise
Food is often lukewarm and 80% of the time they don't give you everything you order. Went to the drive-thru about 20 minutes before closing and noticed something was missing from our order. We went back to the window and they shut off all the lights as if they were closing. It was 10 minutes before closing time! After sitting there for a few minutes we honked the horn and we were ignored. We knocked on the window and we were ignored. We called the store multiple times and finally somebody answered. It was like pulling teeth to get the manager to come to the window and speak to us. We explained to her that we live out of town and so we were trying to find a solution before we left. She was rude. Told us that they ran out of certain items and that's why we didn't receive them in the bag. We asked for an alternative item and she said that everything was shut down.
We finally just asked for our money back for that item and she reluctantly gave it to us. Save yourself some trouble and don't go here!
Order was quick and efficient. As usual, I ordered extra cheese for my taco. This was a rare occasion where there was actually plenty of cheese. My taco and nachos with cheese were fresh, hot, and delivered in a timely manner. The gal at the drive thru window served me with a friendly smile. Way to go Los Banos, CA.
This place needs to get organized. No service in the front. Have to wait to get someone's attention to order.
We always stop on our way to the niners game, and everyone we have ever encountered there was super nice
I will stop going to taco bell. Not because the food isn't good but because it's getting so super expensive to eat there as a family.

Food is ok, only beans and cheese as main fillings, hardly any other veggie. On Mexican pizza got some tomatoes. No green onion/ cilantro or grilled veggies / fajitas.
Not the best. Staff was messing around. Playing with the lights, flickering them. Made me feel it might not be sanitary.
The person in the drivethtu was super nice. Actually happy and polite. And got my order right!
Attitude at the window will not get you a raise. Luck we didnt call corporate and call for you job

THE MEXICAN PIZZA IS BACK! We all missed it we all love it. Idk why it was gone. BEST FEATURE since I've ate Taco Bell in 1990! Lol
I don't like your new menu it gross bring back Mex pizza and spicy chicken quesadilla and the price going up the food gross I'm not with that menu
The most messy and poorly prepared Taco Bell food I have ever experienced by far! And the standard isn't very high to begin with for Taco Bell in my book. Food was made so messy and ingredients so poorly distributed it couldn't have been done that badly without actual effort being made to do so! Go down the road to the other Taco Bell in Los Banos!
