Taco Bell, Santa Rosa CA

Went into the restaurant. Everything we ordered was cold including the nacho fries we were excited to try.

DONT GO. THERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, they don’t know how to take orders properly, they don’t know how to make food properly, and they don’t know how to charge properly. To top it off they also shut there phone life off. I will never ever go back, they were absolutely incoherent and incompetent.

My Daughter and Granddaughter braved today's heat and had lunch out with me at Taco Bell at the end of Farmers Lane. We pulled in the parking lot to our choice of a parking space as all, but one space was available and every parking space is wheelchair accessible.
We thought they were closed or not allowing the public to dine in, until we arrived at the wheelchair accessible entry way and entrance doors along side a very sweet and bubbly young lady who was an employee of Taco Bell who welcomed us in with a great smile and enthusiasm. It was a relief to get out of the days heat, I'm sure everyone can relate to that with our record breaking temperatures!
I was disappointed to learn that Taco Bell is still not offering their mexican pizza, which was a mistake to remove from the menu in the first place and to not bring it back is another mistake. Just saying.
We ordered and within a couple minutes our order was ready! Great, I thought! Except my order was missing a main ingredient. CHEESE! I'd rather wait a few minutes and eat food I enjoy because someone put some love into it and took the appropriate time in preparing my food than a cold thrown together lacking un-meal. I'm sure Taco Bell has plenty of cheese, but quite a few other Taco Bells are always lacking cheese. One or two short strands of cheese will not cut it, k!
I noticed they do have gender neutral bathrooms with codes longer than your zip code to gain entry. They are nice a big for wheelchair access and easy maneuvering.
The service was great and the atmosphere was comfortable, but unfortunately the food has really gone down hill. I'm going to give some other Taco Bell locations a try. Hopefully the standards for food preparation are much higher. We should have gone to Jack in the Box.

As Taco Bell’s go, this one is just fine. We’ve gone via drive thru most of the time and they are efficient and accurate. Mexican pizza is back!

This Taco Bell is convenient for lunch. The staff are great no complaints in that regard. I can't put my finger on it but there's something off every time I go here. This time it was too much sauce, too many jalapeños, and it wasn't grilled to order.

Ok location during the day. Do not come here when only the Drive-Through is open. Wait forever and the food is cold and terrible.

I’m nearly 60 and I’ve been going to the Farmers Lane Taco Bell since my 20s. The Wednesday Night crew this evening was firing on all cylinders. I have never in my life seen/eaten a more pristine taco and burrito supreme anywhere. It was artistry. Visual presentation and mouthfeel from expert building/folding was on point. The angels sang Hallelujah as I unwrapped the neatly folded paper. The service was happy and friendly, johnny-on-the-spot, and the entire experience heavenly! Voted best fast food drive thru experience of my life. I thought I made a run for the border and ended up in heaven. I’m not joking it was THAT good!

Management literally looks like they are stressing for nobody being in the line doesn’t explain a 25 min wait for 2 items unacceptable

Staff was friendly and prompt. Everything was as to be expected except for the Lobster Tail. It was presented in some sort of tortilla wrapper with cheese and onions. It tasted like refried beans. In retrospect, it may have been a bean burrito.

Been hear several times gave them a chance Everytime now my first review and I say its the same poor costumer service everytime at 1: 45am waited 5 minutes then went to window saw the cashier he gave hand jester as there not severing and I said it's 1: 50 y'all close at 2am and he just laughed and walked away someone needs to fix this because it's the same every time I go there or change the hours very disappointed on there poor customer service

Excellent, friendly, fast service. Immaculate environment. Haven't been in a long time due to Covid. Better than I remembered! Portions seem larger, too!

They made food wrong. Paid extra for chicken and there was no chicken. Try to call to see if they would fix but they wouldn't answer there phone.

This use to be one of the worst Taco Bell, and still is. I remember that one time when I came to this store and the manager was just awfully rude to this other DoorDash independent worker about an order that the store didn’t prepare on time and the manager was telling this poor DoorDash guy that DoorDash doesn’t Dictate their business.

The staff is polite and work hard, but they don't follow the hours posted. It stars 2am, but they shut down early A LOT! 10pm and there closed and drive through is blocked. No dine in either. Pretty frustrating!

These are all the same burrito but each one is a different size and all of them are poorly wrapped and wrapped on the wrong side, the tortilla stuck to the wrapper, in the same order they used the last of the 3 cheese for the chalupa we had but didn’t bother restocking it for the chipotle chicken melt and used just regular cheddar, this store has no care for the customer, especially when it comes to delivery, I’ve had several orders from this store doordashed to my home only to receive half my order, the wrong order, no sauces (even when ordered) and no napkins, soda flat or not restocked (soda water,) these employees need to be restructured and retrained

I have been to this location numerous times and I always give it another chance after having bad experiences foolishly thinking that it must be an isolated incident. I have been served on multiple occasions, burritos of widely disparate sizes, often missing ingredients. (Today I received the world's smallest grilled cheese burrito sans grilled cheese. See attached photo). Other items are often similarly incorrect or made without care.

Staff that actively provides better food and service than can be expected and manages to do so in spite of lots challenges and supply chain issues. I find myself surprised by how well these guys do their job every time I visit. I can't speak for the day shift staff but at night (after 2100 hours) - top notch!

Went to this one at around 5pm and the front lobby was already closed, their drive thru sign is broken. However, this one didn't forget anything from my order and it was ready quickly.
