Taco Bell, Fresno CA

I didn't get much in my taco and burrito. Prices are high and you definitely don't get what you paid for. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Slowest Taco Bell to exist. Just go somewhere else or even to another location. They could not care less either so it’s just an over all waste of time

Homeless sleeping inside, dirty restroom, and the food was pretty bad compared to other locations.

Asked for extra hot sauce and got a total of 3 sauce packets. Ordered a combo an 2 extra burritios. Not even a packet per item. Extremely skimpy on the cheese an very little meat in the taco. If I could attach a picture I would.

My family went. 2 children 5 and under, I was worried about their energy level- the staff was very welcoming and we enjoyed ourselves

I like the night crew they are way more friendlier the manager in the day time was a really rude lady that gave me just an awful look.

The Taco Bell that single-handedly put me off of Taco Bell. Like I don’t even expect the food to be ultra fresh mid afternoon, but to not even bother heating it up? Not okay. The chalupas I ordered looked like they were thrown around before I received them, and the nacho fries were soft, cold and wilting… I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of the food offered to customers—and for that price! The staff at the drive-thru window were not friendly either. The guy who took my card for payment was fidgeting with his cell phone and I couldn’t even see his face because he had a cap and a hoodie pulled up over it. Not an image that really puts someone at ease. Do better guys! This will be both my first and last visit to this location (and perhaps any other, as there are better fast food places around).

Unfortunately this location is the closest to my apartment. But it has to be the SLOWEST taco bell ever.
Drive through or in store, your order takes forever. Ordering ahead on the app doesn't help either.
I sat in the drive through line not moving for over 15 minutes one time. So I got out of line hoping to order inside.
I came inside at 7: 05 and two employees were just arriving for their shifts. One of whom immediately went to the restroom rather than actually help with the line.
I praise the employees who show up on time and are cordial and nice. But this place needs an overhaul. I ordered on the app at 6pm and it's now 6: 20 and I still haven't gotten my order.

I'm a fan of Taco Bell since I was a child. Old favorite! This location is not always ready to open as scheduled. The front door was locked and a cone in front of the drive-thru in the middle of the day my last try there. Very strange! About a year ago, the doors were open and drive-thru open, but was informed they wouldn't be ready to serve until 8am. They're supposed to be open at 7am for breakfast. I've never had any other problems with any of the other locations.

I absolutely ️ love taco bell my favorite food to get there and the only thing that I get whenever I go to Taco Bell is the Chicken quesadilla with extra chicken light on the cheese & a large soda? That is the only thing that I get at Taco bell a lot ever since my my birthday month which was in February, but I highly recommend getting the chicken quesadilla with the extra chicken it's really good. I get it all of the time.

Poor customer service inside they couldn't or didn't want to take my order so I left with my kids

Dirty restaurant, staff standing around, ordered on the kiosk and waited for about 20 minutes only to find out they gave it to the drive thru. Be sure to check your order, may get extra or half your meal.

I go to this location because they still have the green sauce.which is the BEST on anything Taco bell, especially a beef and been burrito with sour cream. YUMMY, Will go out of my way for this location!

Put in a large order online for a family of 8 and waited an hour for the order track to say it was good to go. Get there and not only has no progress been made, i overhear a girl with dyed red hair saying the orser sat there for some 50 minutes before it got bumped off. Their excuse was "we dont make it until your here because it will get soggy". I can appreciate the gesture but now im being told that we have to wait for it all to be made again. Just want my refund and go do something else. "We dont do those. You need to be on the app. " Zero assistance, zero food and zero professionalism. Never going back here again.
