They forgot to give me half of my order, then when i drove all the way back to get the rest of my order they screwed up again and gave me normal tacos when i paid for supremes. The people were nice, but someone was consistently screwing up. When i first came in another customer had come back because their order was missing stuff too.

Showed up around 720ish trying to make a $50+ dollar order. The worker pictured was busy in the parking lot arguing with a homeless person. We went inside and started making our order at the kiosk, we were more than halfway through adding our food when the employee comes back inside and informs us they are not taking lobby orders because they are understaffed but we are more than welcome to place a mobile order with the app. Annoying since I was being told I could use my phone but not the kiosk to make the same exact order when I'm literally already standing there. I whip my phone out to do a mobile order and then we are told we can't be in the lobby at all.so now we are being told to stop our kiosk order and stand outside to make a mobile order so that we can walk back inside to wait for it? The logic was not strong with this one. As we were leaving I asked him what his name was only to be stonewalled ignored, I asked a second time and straight up was told "it's none of your business". Ok dude.

This place honestly needs to think about closing down. I think it’s about time. You’re not advancing no where. No one wants to work for you guys, you’re always short staffed. Every weekend. I let you guys keep a $17 order because you couldn’t deal with it after you guys messed up the order. This place needs to close.

The employees were great. The food was good except I ordered the dipping taco and they did not have it, even though it was on the kiosk. And that's another thing, nobody to take your order which I understand if you are understaffed. Even so the inside was dirty, and I don't just mean the tables, which we had to search for a clean one, but the floor, the drink area, the sauces and napkins were a mess. Usually I go through the drive thru and don't go inside to eat, so this may be normal.

In the drive through sometimes it takes 5 minutes after you order to get your food, most times it takes 15+ minutes after you order. They do a good job on getting the special orders correct.

Phillip - 20 something mustache with dark hair has been working the drive through lately. He has a hard time hearing customers over the intercom. I repeated myself 5 times and he couldn’t hear me, stopped speaking for about 2 minuets without any communication and had me order again, he still couldn’t hear me. I finally yelled my order did not say anything disrespectful or rude just yelled because I repeated myself 7 times. He laughed when I yelled so didn’t think there was an issue. When he handed me my food he stated “You know we don’t get paid enough to be disrespected like that. ” I had explained where I was coming from and he was speaking over me and wouldn’t let me talk. I was scared that my food was spit in because phillip said I was being disrespectful so I went inside to return my food. I waited about 10-15 minutes and of course they had phillip help
Me. I politely asked for a manager and he yelled in front of me “manager we have an angry customer” while waiving his arms. I felt so disrespected and embarrassed. I wasn’t even angry just uncomfortable and no longer wanted my food. The manager refunded my food and heard me out but it doesn’t really seem like she cared which is understandable. My advice would be to train Philip to be more respectful if he is going to have a customer facing role. I understand that they don’t get paid that much but At least still be respectful to paying customers. Will not be going to this location again.

Food was good but bathrooms and lobby were disgusting, no toilet set covers, broken soap dispenser that was empty, and greasy finger marks all over the seats and tables, sauce station completely empty, ended up ordering on my phone because they never came to the counter, which another customer was complaining about as well

A Clean place to eat if you go inside which I recommend. The drive through speaker is whacked but you'll eventually get tired and just order something off the board, and get out or to the lobby. The food that I did get was good. With it was what I wanted.

Man it is July 2nd on the Esplanade Taco Bell at 10: 50 at night they are slamming down cars everywhere I make an online order and I get it this is the most best Taco Bell order I have ever received with the most properly made right and I got all my stuff in my bag and they gave me enough salsa this was the best service I have ever had by any Taco Bell in Chico if you don't get in there tonight you will miss out on the best Taco Bell service you will get Get the app to save almost half of your bill as a rewards menu you won't be disapointed with food options that are not on menu and cheaper prices. This east Ave store is a verry dirty establishment. You don't notice when your in the drive threw. Please be careful.

I went through the drive through and at this particular Taco Bell -right across from Thrifty Bargain n that doughnut cafe-there's always something missing from the order or its messed up.

They need clean their floor, and wipe down the table for people to sit. It looked disgusting when I was their 6/30/23. I haven't sent it that bad and I go there quit a few times.

Was going to eat here until the drive thru was blocked with Mop signs, walked up to go inside and the door says mobile order only… was going to mobile order after using restroom until I found the state of the restroom which tells me the kitchen is likely not very sanitary.the bathroom had no seat covers, used tampons on the floor and looks like the toilets haven’t been cleaned in a month will not be eating here.ever

They never have ingredients, always take forever, and this location should be put to rest. Everything is broken. Only one worker. Never have menu ingredients. And this is every time we come to this location.

Nasty no tables were clean no one helped me. And as I came in to the place a guy was smoking outside on his break and spit by the door and started taking orders will never go to that one again.

I will remember not to stop here for lunch. Takes way too long to get food dining area dirty and I saw a little kid slip in a puddle I side. There's a wet floor cone out but you actually have to deal with the issue. All the employees were very nice tho.but never again

Worst experience. Zero stars if I could. Waited in the drive through for over 30 mins (yes I timed it) not a word from anyone, had already placed my order. Finally cars started backing up and leaving so I did the same. It took me 6 tries to get someone to answer the phone for them to tell me there was card reader issues. Why are you not letting your customers know? ! Now you have wasted food, customer complaints and not a dime to show for it. I will drive out of my way to go to the one in Orland that has amazing customer service.

We go to this Taco Bell occasionally. It's normally an ok experience. This time, it was not good at all. We got 2 crunchy tacos and one soft taco. We couldn't eat any of them because they were too soggy! The meat was runny, and the lettuce was wet. The crunchy tacos were already separated by the time we got home (3-5 min drive), and the soft taco was visibly wet and gummy. My daughter only likes the crunchy shell and the meat on hers, so that's what I ordered for her, as I have many times. This time, they also put cheese on her tacos. We ended up throwing it all away. Overall, epic fail.
