Taco Bell, Citrus Heights CA

I understand the restaurant is short staffed but that doesn't mean my food should be missing every single time. Delivery or pickup I'm always missing a burrito or taco or chalupa. Please triple check orders from now on. Also I asked for a chalupa. Not a gyro. Didn't even fry the bread mid

You can't get sauce on the side. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and asked for sauce on the side and they wanted to charge 0.60 cents.

You order food you get home and there's two tacos missing what do you do when you don't have a receipt to go back

Placed an On-line order for 3 $5.00 crave box which is a steal, However, the food was so nasty, It was cold, It was completely prepared wrong. We decided to give them a call to express our concerns as a team here at our property. Now, when I went to pick up the order mind you, The {Lady} manager in the lobby on the phone loud enough to know this was not a job related conversations, We specifically asked for a manager and a gentlemen retrieve the call stated that he's the manager and was so darn RUDE! He was so dismissive, and showed no empathy towards our concerns. Never will I ever be a fan of taco bell here off of Greenback Road. We do have a lot of catering events! We will pass on this location. Your Loss!

Taco Bell seems to be one of the few places that still has value options that are reasonable on a budget.

Arrived at the drive thru at 8: 13 pm and I was told that they are only servicing Doordash orders and would not take our order.

It's Taco Bell. I didn't get stomach problems after eating here so there's that. I did however need to have my 5layer remade because the burrito was so cold the cheese was still shredded and not melted. 2nd burrito was aight.

After ordering my food we waited in the drive thru for another 25 minutes and when we finally got to the window we were held up there for about another 10 I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and say they must have been busy in the dining room but I was sorely mistaken there was only 3 customers. And to top it off the food was the worst i've ever had from taco bell!

Stop for the dine in. Could not find the items at the order kiosk, came to the register, stood for several minutes, no one paid attention, called the worker, and she said be in the second but still serving the drive-through order. After serving 4 orders and still ignoring me standing by the register, I left to find a better place.

It smell really bad, Flies flying everywhere 9 homeless people came to fill there bottles never again coming to this one for sure

I had Taco Bell for the first time in 20+ years. There’s no guacamole available to add. The servings are skimpy. Besides the drive through, I have no idea why people would go to Taco Bell vs authentic taquerias! I got the tostada and it was just so sad. Not very filled.

Their breakfast wrap combo was the best, compared to the last two other Taco bells in the area.

I was disappointed. Food was luke warm, they didn't even have cup holders, not even the workers were happy to be there.

This is supposed to be the new $5 dipping taco. I've had these before, and usually they're cooked. We have a taco bell within walking distance and stopped going there because they stopped cooking their food too. Is this becoming a thing at all taco bells? Finish cooking the food, it's already annoying that the taco is $5, now I have to cook it myself too?

Everytime I go there they get my order wrong. There phone always hangs up when U call there and the cashier was rude. I won't be going back to this taco bell.

Ive come here with my family a few times now so I feel certain that either this location needs to get shut down or they need to get rid of the manager. The employees always seem irritated or give attitude. Unless the food is ordered through the kiosk they get it wrong EVERY time.

My biggest complaint is that they deter you from even coming in and ordering. They used to lock the doors to prevent walk ins. Today the kiosk was unusable and when trying to ask about it they just ignore you and go about drive thru orders. The hours are also listed as closed for 3 days but they were definitely open.

The bathrooms definitely dont get cleaned. One time the soda machine was spraying everywhere and I got someone attention and they just let it be.

Go to the one on Auburn, its much better!

Service sucks, i walked In and I stood by the register, 5 minutes nobody asked if I needed help, there was no other people so I walked out without food. They suck! I ended up eating real Mexicanos tacos

I was in the drive thru. Most of the menu was out of stock, so I just got a drink. The employee did not put my change in my hand. She dropped it between the car and the window. I had to struggle to retrieve it.

6031 Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA 95621. This taco bell location is the one that I have been to a few times now and every single time there's been an issue. The orders have always been wrong on every visit. The texture of the food is hard and obviously has been sitting around for a while. They are always out of ingredients and I have had to get a replacement or refund each time for part of my order. I know this franchise can be better. I have been to many locations that provide an excellent experience and taco bell was my first job as a teen and the standards that I was held to at that time are much higher than this restaurant I went to. I need a refund for my order and this location looked into by management.
