Drive-thru server wasn't as friendly as they should be but the food was leaking and the beans were extremely running. I asked for extra beans and did not get extra beans. I order from several of the restaurants exact same border almost every time and I could tell this man was not made properly in comparison to other Taco Bell's especially the one on McHenry

Bought Cinnamon twists and turns out they were hard and not fresh. Called and told them about it, I was told to come back for fresh ones.

Food is good but the staff needs to pay attention. 3 weeks ago breakfast burrito via kiosk I request steak n they don't put it in. Last week I ask for double steak n no nacho sauce and they don't do it. Today 9 bucks wasted when I ask the drive through guy for no cheese sauce in the crunchwap which he confirms but they put it in anyway

Food was Luke warm, service mediocre but pleasant, delivery of food completely failed me and caused a mess in the car. Either standards of food placement was not developed and employees are doing what they want or the standards aren’t being followed. Please contact me to rectify my issue.

When i hot at my work the chips i order not on bag my burrito ñs where not mark chicken or beed very bad its always missing stuff

Food is good, but lately the chips have tasted off. Doughy, almost soapy.
Otherwise, fast service and friendly workers.

I placed incorrect order on the mobile app and Archana remade my order very quickly. Amazing service by her and the team and it was my mistake.

The staff are great and food is good there are clean don't eat much there like it the olders is fast

No complaints whatsoever, everything in the order was correct. The young guy running the drive through window and speaker was super kind and nice, and even pointed it out when my partner accidentally gave him two bills stuck together rather than not. Perfect 1am experience, lol!

Bean Burrito was a very very small portion of beans. WORST value in Fast Food. Your charging almost $3, put some substance in your burritos. All I could taste was tortilla. Felt like a total "rip off".

My order came to me incomplete. They did not take the time to include napkins. There is no need to be rude to your paying customer

The chick taking my order was talking to quite and could barely hear her threw the speaker and I thought it was the speaker but I got to the window and still could barely hear her there

It's a good taco bell, sometimes the tortilla is soggy in a crunchwrap but what are you gunna do? Good people at this one

They know how to take care of customers. They took good care of me an gave me a free taco supreme for the wait.

Taco Bell is becoming one of the worst fast food joints out there with haste. Want a burrito but want it made with special instructions? That's to bad cause even if you pay for different options you won't get it and don't bother writing the company or customer service as they ignore you everytime. I've sent in 24 tickets about paying for jalapenos or changing the sauce which is also PAID for and they never not once got back to me. Do better Taco Bell!

The area has a lot of homeless people. The food is always fresh tasting and the service is okay. The worker at the window had hickeys on her neck which was tacky.

Every single time, without fail, I get THE most perfect service. Never rushed, always greeted first, very efficient, honestly better service than most places. The best Taco Bell location is here.
