Ok so this time around 9/11/23, the guy taking my order Apologized for any inconvenience as they were short staffed thaf day. Needless to say it wasn't a problem. In fact l, the line moved normally as it usually does. Then I received my food, and I checked to make sure as this place always forgets something. Well, this time around, they did not forget anything. Congratulations, you actually got it right, despite being short staffed. Even the guy at the window was watching confidently as I checked my bag. Good job
Update: YALL KEEP FORGETTING MY CHIPS AND CHEESE! COME ON MAN! Man its always something with this place. Either they forget an item that you paid for or they throw everything in the bag so the chips can get smashed up. Why ask for sauce packets if you are not going to put them in the bag? I get it, work sucks but have some dignity people.
Super quick even when it's obvious they only have 2 workers outside of peak hours. Quick, efficient, they have never mistaken with my order.
Not sure what the point of mobile order, pick up in dining area is for, if you keep the dining area closed all the time. Avoid this taco bell unless you don't mind waiting in long drive through line.
Pathetic service. No one was there to take the order after I asked them the things I need is not in the self ordering system. They come and tell me to do the steps which I already did, then they have no clue what to do. All I asked was to add extra Jalapeños.
Then they missed two items from our order, really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this location.
Drive threw I'm a Taco Beller love my bean burrito, bean and cheese burrito, and beans.
Absolutely HORRIBLE Service. Stopped in to use the bathroom and then grab lunch. Worjer was mopping in the dining area, walked to the bathrooms, they were locked and needed a code to enter. I asked for the code, worker said "I can't let you in cuz I just mopped in there". I said I gotta go bad (just drove non stop for 3 hours) she said same thing but added that I could order food, eat it then use em. Even though the floor in front of the register was obviously wet from her just mopping there. I left after telling her I won't be buying anything after this. Instead went next door to Nation's Giant Burgers. They let me use the bathroom and then order food.
Very impressed with this Taco Bell! They got our order right even though we did many alterations/substitutions! That is rare! And one employee went out of their way to help us with something. An unexpected kindness! The place was also nice and clean. Thank you for a great experience!
The drive thru line is usually pretty long recently but tonight it was fast food. Gabriel G was awesome. He provided amazing customer service, the best since I’ve been going there. I greatly appreciate his service.
This place is awful! I waited over 20 minutes in their drive thru. It's ridiculous that they take as long as they do for fake, processed food! They need to be fired and people who know how to wrap a burrito quicker need to take their place! Unreal.
Ordered vegetarian food, confirmed the order before it was handed to me and when I got home. I had beef in my food. SMH: (
Worse Service Ever, you have to order first to use the restroom, and Finding pieces of hair in my burger is disgusting. Do not go here!
Whoever was taking drive through orders through the speaker/window 10/8/22 at around 5: 15pm was very nice! I appreciate he was able substitute meat for black beans
