Taco Bell, Turlock CA

Bought a number 5 along with naked chicken chalupa which turnout very small and no chicken in it just veggie cheese and sour cream 4.99 for that chalupa pure laziness and RIP off

Not bad. Standard fast food expectations met. Forgot to get an item I ordered. Again, standard fast food expectations met.

It was noon and the drive-thru was quite long. However there were two efficient employees in the parking lot taking orders from each car so by the time we got to the window they handed us our food. Didn't mind waiting at all. Had a chalupa and it was wonderful.

Service was bad. 2 different times I spoke to employees they clearly didn't listen to what I was saying. One even looked away & totally ignored me. Chulpa wasn't cooked all the way. Undecided if I'll try again.

It's Taco Bell! But this time around they had drive thru ordering kind of like In n Out. I ordered and paid for everything right there before the drive up intercom. It was definitely more convenient and quicker than waiting in a big line. Ordered and paid right there in the parking lot. Also try out the $5 box and order on the app. You can customize it when you order that way.

The worst customer service my family & I have had at any Taco Bell. Made order wrong & they tried to give our wrong order back to us 40 minutes later.

First the discontinued the Fiesta Salad and now no Dr Pepper. What the heck is going on. Salad was replaced with the power bowl. Really

I get food here very often, and usually the food and service is excellent, but today when I went the service was terrible. The food was good, but one of our items were forgotten, so we called the number on the receipt to tell the workers, and the woman who answered the phone was rude, and argued with us saying that she in fact did give us the item, when she did not. I’ve never had a problem there before, So to say I’m dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement.

Very bad experience. The food was bad the chalupa was filled with almost nothing but lettuce very barely had a tiny bit of meat. Tortilla on the burritos seemed old dried. I had to drive all the way back across town to return them when I got there I spoke to the manager and she was very rude. Her name is Beatrice. When I try to explain what was going on you can't walking around but she didn't want to hear what I had to say. This is in Turlock and Garrett Avenue so I will not be going back there again. Thank you and sorry but she needs to learn how to work with people and be nice. No one knows what's going on in someone's life need to smile and treat your customer right. That's all I got to say thank you

This taco bell was 7 cars deep and handled the lunch rush hour perfectly! My food was delicious and made just right!

This is just your average taco bell. The drive through line does backup through the parking lot. So it may be difficult to get out of your parking space when it gets busy.

You need to eat fast and don't care what it is this is the place, but check your order before you leave because the bag is probably missing something

Tried out the hard wallet. A soft taco shell incased in swollen mud inside a small parking lot. Tastes well with biznos hram soda

Horrible service. Paid almost 4 dollars for a wild naked chicken taco and it wasn’t put in my bag. There was literally no one else in line but us.didn’t get to eat until I drove 30 minutes to get home so wasn’t aware it was missing

Very friendly young man took our order. Same young man, when there was not any customers in line, was cleaning tables and sweeping the floor. I wish I could remember his name, he was very hard working. Our order was ready quickly and we were happy with our meals, which included a beef quesadilla, Mexican pizza, nacho fries and mango tea.

This has absolutely got to be the slowest Taco Bell in California! Never takes me less than 15 to 20 minutes to get out of this place. And I only ordered two things. I'm in the lobby not in the Drive-Thru

These guys used to be fast. Than they shut down their first window and they can be painfully slow. Other than that they are always super friendly.

I ordered through drive through everything looked correct on the screen, came home, my order had onions and one bean and cheese burrito didn't have cheese. I had to drive all the way back to have them fix my order on the Bean and cheese burrito. Came back home they didn't add the didn't add the taco bell sauce that they always add. I'm done with this place. Nothing is ever right. Always half assed.

Their service was so terrible, I asked for seven shredded chicken quesadillas without chipotle sauce. And in most of them they accidentally through in like 2 or 3 beef pieces in there. So gross. She was like you don’t want two? I said why, she said I would have to make more. They are not correct with orders.

Location is in the right area. It's clean employees are very nice and helpful they also make sure you get the right meal that you ordered.
