Taco Bell, Lompoc CA

My 4 year old wanted "chips and sauce" so I stopped at this taco bell. The person who took our order was super professional. Explained Baja blast wasn't working (it's what my kid wanted and he can have a SMALL drink). So we got another drink. But really the only reason I stopped was a special treat for him.

Then, I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES trapped in the drive thru and even had to park my car so my son could pee by the dumpster. Ridiculous!

TWENTY FIVE MINUTES.

I ordered a couple bean burritos and they were slapped together so they were leaking sauce everywhere.

I know people always say "I'm never coming here again! " but seriously, I'm not. Their food sucks, and after working 10 hours I don't want to spend TWENTY FIVE MINUTES in a drive through.

Oh, I tried to contact taco bell and their website isn't working.

I feel sorry for anyone who has to work there.

9.26 they again messed up the order and didn't give us all of our food. That's why people PARK and make everyone wait while they look through their bag to make sure they weren't ripped off or they don't get home and someone's food is missing. Hard eyeroll.

Ordered dinner for my family on the app. Two young men, my wife and I.
The app now limits drive thru orders to $50. At the prices they charge, I had to delete my dinner and half of my wife’s. Then I had to wait a half hour in line at drive thru because app doesn’t give you the option to walk in and pick it up. I’m still hungry. So I tried to complain on the app. But you have to have the order number. The order number is not in app anywhere and if it’s on the receipt, I wasn’t given one. Why should I go back?

I was hungry and they were nice and it was the 1st time I went to a Taco Bell and they got my order right!

This restaurant is almost never open on time. I sometimes try to hit their drive-through on the way to work just after 7AM when they are supposed to be open.

Numerous times I have driven by to see the lights out after 7 and no one there. I've even gone to the drive through, again after 7AM when they are supposed to be open, and had cashiers say they are not open yet.

Also, when getting service early in the morning from them I've found the person I've ordered from seems half asleep and I have to tell them several times what I want to order.

I've been going to this Taco Bell for over 7 years and some of the people who work there don't even realize that they sell Diet Mountain Dew. More than once I've had cashiers tell me they don't carry that. I have to correct them and say, yes you do.

Faster to go in & use a kiosk. The drive thru was so long, we were out before the car ahead of us got their order.

For the past few times I've gone to Taco Bell, it seems like their staff cannot follow simple requests. Everytime I ask for separate bags for separate orders.they seem not to want to help with that. Beverage station needed attention.kind of dirty.

It was a busy evening for them, but they handled it like a champ! Food was good, employees were friendly!

Really can't rate the atmosphere. We got our food to go. They forgot the fork for the Nachos. Luckily I had one. Kinda important when your traveling.
