Taco Bell, Sacramento CA

The service wasn't rude or friendly it was just kind of there. That the overall vibe of this restaurant. It's just there, don't expect much and they're probably out of what you want. The prices are high for what you get. Don't waste your time.

So I'm writing this here because I couldn't get ahold of the store when calling. This message is to apologize to the worker who was working this morning on August 31st in the morning. I went to go have breakfast, well I tried, never had taco bell for breakfast before, so it was a weird craving.when I went to the drive threw.instead of leaving me there waiting, the lady outside told me nobody was in the drive through
. I thought I could go in, but when I parked she informed me nobody was in there to take my order, not gonna lie I got a little frustrated.but after thinking about it, I had not had my coffee and I was a little rude to the lady.she was literally outside cleaning all the trash around the restaurant and honestly that's amazing. Cause not just anyone would go out there to clean up the parking lot, so there was no reason for me to get mad or upset. I had tried to call and apologize for my rude behavior.but this is my next way. I apologize for being a Karen this morning and just to encourage her to keep on being a great employee and I hope I didn't ruin the rest of her day with my bad attitude this morning.

So when I got to the speaker the lady appeared to be the manager of the store told me she was going to have to park me when there was no line behind me then I asked for a Chipotle melt with extra sauce she stated there was no sauce and couldn't grill my tortilla because they don't do that so I had to pull up to the window to see if she was indeed a Manger and she couldn't even look me in the face and closed the window and witch she appeared to be under the influence of Marijuana while working she should be fired this lady doesn't have customers service skills at all so I drove off and I am trying to call corporate on but no one answer if u need lunch don't go to this taco bell that lady should be fired!

Was at the drive-through window for over two minutes. Being asked to wait then told to come inside to order then ordering inside was asked to wait while person took a order from the drive-through …. Five minutes and I haven’t seen the employee actually take one order.

If you dont want to work here then quit.stop giving customers attitude, if you're reading this you know who you are.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Was waiting for order for 25 minutes. They wasn’t busy at this moment. All employees just chilling and walking around kitchen. When I told them when my order will be ready they started work on it. After 25 min of waiting

Poorly managed
Went to the drive through, the young man said they are short staffed and asked us to come inside.
Went inside and ordered the one of the box meals, the young man said they don't have any shredded beef at the moment.
The person who appeared to be his superior interrupted at this time and asked him if he wanted to work four hours instead because he was only scheduled for two. (I'm pretty sure scheduling two hours of work is a violation). He said no.
Then I proceeded to ask for a different box meal which did not contain shredded beef. The young man apologized because they could not do any box meals at the time.
I said ok thanks then decided to leave since I was not sure what was available at the moment.

Not trippin' plenty of good eats in the area, just feel bad for the workers.

Don't eat here if you order off the app. They literally always run out of things and don't exchange or refund you. Not just the worst Taco Bell but the worst restaurant. I literally drive out of my way to different ones.

They all need to be fired shut this place down booooo rude disrespectful don't care about customer never have always out of stuff poorly made food never again worst toco bell I have ever been to unfortunately I have to give star to post

The food is horrible, you don't even know if that's real meat that to put it in your taco.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The bean burrito I had was good. The service was cool. No complaints.

I like that deals in the menu they're serving I like the service the Atmosphere in the air and especially their friendly and they keep their restroom clean

Horrible customer service, the PA speaker looked like it was shot & they were out of everything

Taco shells were either broken in two or multiple pieces. They still tasted good, but it's hard to eat.

This place is even worse than the one on Mack Road. Their customer service sucks. The manager has the biggest attitude ever. Last time I was there, it took them forever to get my drinks and it was a mobile order. I’m done with Taco Bell. Deleting the app.
