Drive through. Waited longer than usual but I like my Taco Bell Fix! I'll definitely go back.

They give you their food very quickly, which is good when you are in a hurry, and food is also very good.

Absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Used mobile app and for some reason address kept switch to their own location so I fixed and preserved and of course changed back to their own address and ordered twice and both defaulted to their own address. So now food is rotting on some sidewalk when I paid for it because a multi million dollar company. Any be bothered to pay for decent tech support. Never buying from the app or this location again. Disgusting!

The staff was courteous and caring. The manager/owner is the worse I've ever seen. I can't blame the staff because the buck stops with management.i'm sad I have to even give one star.taco bell corp, take your company back from this fool in Folsom.

I like Taco Bell but the only thing is every time. I order tacos the shelves Are always broken

I ordered two Mexican pizzas with extra tomatoes and two pintos and cheese. I hardly got any tomatoes and there was no cheese with my pintos and no red sauce. Worse taco bell ever! Don't ever go here

They over stuff the bags, my sauce open made a mess everywere in the small bag and forgot my tacos so make sure you check

They were short staffed so I waited 15 mins for my food. The employees that were there were friendly

Took 20 mins to get my order and then another 5 when I asked about it. Felt like I wasn't there because it took them a few mins to even acknowledge I was there. Then when I got my food the very simple additions I paid extra for were not there. The jalapeno sauce on the Doritos locos tacos and the avocado ranch sauce on the soft taco. Only one of the Doritos locos tacos had the jalapeno sauce so I asked them to retake it. Then when I open up the correct soft taco they put a ridiculous amount of sauce on it! Like what is wrong with the ppl here! Very petty of them especially when THEY messed up. I wasn't even mad about it either but now I'm just disappointed. Don't go to this taco bell after 4pm I've learned

I order two burritos they were the worst I averyer had! It was a pound of no favor it was like eating water!

When we got to Taco Bell we didn’t quite know what we wanted yet. The girl working the window, sounded irritated from the start. I don’t expect much from fast food, but it’s was as if she purposely messed up our items because she didn’t like the speed at which we were ordering. My quesadilla was so thick I bit into it and it was as if the tortilla dissolved and I was left with only cheese. As well I ordered the small size of Cinnabon delights and only got two I’m supposed to get four, I also had modifications on the food I got and they were all forgotten. She has black hair, pale, and wears glasses.

The food was okay, with good, inexpensive options and cheap combos. However the service was amazing. Specifically 2 members of the team Bryce and Kadie. They made sure I had everything I needed and were very hospitable and thoughtful, with politeness and respect they took my order and I couldn't help but feel like a kid again, they soothed the pain of watching my dad walk out on me back when I was 8 with their bright smiles. I miss my dad, but I feel like that little kid was revived again within me thanks to Bryce and Kadie. Bravo, you two.

It’s insane how long it takes them to make an order. I’ve been here three times and every time I’m waiting 20-30 minutes for them to make “fast” food. Folsom needs another Taco Bell or this location needs new management.

Took about 20 minutes to get our food and we were one of the only customers dining in and the drive thru wasn’t busy. One employee appeared to be high as a kite and was working at a snail’s pace.

Walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes to see if I would get help without having to ask. One person on the line, and two on their phone sitting in the back and on the floor at the drive-through window. Asked if anyone was working to finally get noticed. Then the guy has an attitude like I'm bugging him. I've never given a bad review for a Taco Bell.

HORRIBLE experience. The slowest, rudest and most inconsiderate employees I have ever seen. Left me standing in the lobby for 20 plus minutes with no one in the drive thru and no one else in the lobby. I had to ask them if they were going to start my order to get them to do it. Taco Bell has gone down hill.

Anthony helped me out and was super nice and polite, cheered me up after a long day i really appreciated it!

Went through the drive thru at 9: 15, ordered and asked for hot sauce. Got my items after a long wait in the drive thru without sauce. Got out to go inside and grab sauce, the door was locked about 40 minutes ahead of closing. Waved a person down, and they told me to get back in the long line.

Change your open hours online and on the sign if you cant maintain hours, grandma.
