Taco Bell, Lake Elsinore CA

Their service is excellent and everyone already knows Taco Bell's food menu. I like it often especially the steak power bowl.

I placed an online pick up order and once I got home I was missing some items. The Manager and Saturday night crew at 90806 made the experience coming back absolutely amazing. They all went above and beyond while still knocking out their oncoming orders, when i came back in for my items. Taco Bell if you are reading this please give these people a raise and a nice vacation. They all work so hard to push out fast food like I've never seen. Thanks again 90806 Manager and night crew.

Place was clean staff friendly but when it comes to the food it looks nothing g like the posted picture and was definitely not worth the money I paid. The taco Supreme was fine just lacked cheese and the beef crunch burrito lacked meat if I was a vegetarian that would have been great but the law should not allow them to post a picture if they can't make it look like that.

Had an extremely humiliating experience being walked in on while I was using the bathroom! The Bathrooms have a four digit code that they holler at you over the counter.there was not an inside lock to latch after entering the four digit code and shutting the door, and I didn't think much of it. But a few minutes after I enter the bathroom I heard beeping coming from my door, and in utter disbelief, I froze as the door swung wide open by a man who made eye contact with me while I was sitting on the toilet! And then shut the door! So humiliating. After looking at the door and the outside, there is nothing at all saying that it was """in use "" or ""vacant"" or anything. And when I told the "manager" about it he just looked at me like I was crazy and said I should have "knocked before entering"!? !? Unbelievable!
I don't really understand how this could even be a thing I've been a door like that that requires a code to get in, and then no way to lock it from the inside?

Nobody noticed when you get in alot of people working but worst service ever waiting forever to place my order and after 38minutes waiting for my food I have to come and ask for my money back can't mention names cause Nobody had a Name tag just never coming back

I been coming here for the past 3 year's usually everyone is very nice but today a different girl helped me out she had a tattoo on her right hand or left i don't remember but I let the girl know the soda had no gas and answered with an attitude when it was not my fault I was just letting her know! Then she didn't give me a bad threw all sauce in the box ok top of my chips and tacos smh idk this has to be the only time I've had a bad experience with an employee she definitely doesn't belong working with customers if she isn't a people person.

The night time crew are so disrespectful to take their sweet time they literally had me sitting in the Drive-Thru for 19 minutes I can literally show you my timer and the receipt are there any older white lady wants to yell at you until you get on with your order the lines getting bigger like how about you do your job better worst customer service ever and I don't know how to make a burrito

I haven't ate here in a long time. Last time I did. I got a horrible stomach sickness that lasted 8 days. Please just wash your hands.

One of d worst if not d worst taco bell I've been to. Bad customer service. Very rude. Very condescending. Not willing to help with little requests. Saying they're very busy. They should change their attitude.

Horrible customer service the cashier was super rude, I asked for something and she gave attitude AND SO DID THE MANAGER HORRIBLE UNACCEPTABLE! Didn’t even order anything after.

Well, it's Taco Bell. Usually hit or miss with service, but food is normally correct.

And they gaved me all tacos instead.
I swear people cant get there job done right pathetic.

Sub par. No pride in their work. Food was sloppy and my black bean taco had maybe a teaspoon full of beans in it. This is twice now. Not going back. TB in Menifee is way better.
April 2023 - things changed food is way better.

I know this place does a lot of takeout, and if you order in to sit down during a lunch, you kind of feel like you don't belong there. There's kind of an unwelcome vibe. But there's no problem going through the drive-thru

Walked in, and no one even acknowledged us. We had to order on a computer then sit. The soft tacos had a tsp of meat.seriously couldn't believe they serve that. Cutting back. Ridiculous. It was a cold atmosphere and disappointing

Yummmy! Bean burrito, medium Dr. Pepper, and a water with no ice for my little dog. Excellent flavor on the burrito! I have ordered this same thing all over the United States and I always am amazed at how the flavor is just a little bit different in other states. This burrito was perfect! Just the right amount of red sauce, cheese, and onions. Dr. Pepper tasted perfect also. Some places get the syrup mixture just a little off and it ruins the taste, but not this place.

Chalupa shell was old, I couldn't even bite a piece off. Was handed my receipt and asked by the employee if I could take a survey and give a good rating; I shouldn't have been asked at all. No trash can by the front door, so there is no place to throw trash away.

This Taco Bell is our second go to TB. The food is always good. Service is quick and easy. The #3 and Nachos Bell Grande, on point. They've never messed up and order. I've never gone inside, always used the drive thru, access is easy peasy.
