Taco Bell, Modesto CA

One of the better quality tb's in modesto. Always friendly and hasn't gotten one of my orders wrong or left anything out yet.

I haven't had any issues with this taco bell because they have always taken care of any issues that came about. The drive thru is usually quick on getting orders out ant they are usually all right.

Everything was excellent at Taco Bell today, they were so fast I had to look because no way they got it rite, but yes they got it all right.

This location is closed to the bus depot so you may run into unsavory people. The employees are polite enough and the food was made fresh.

The only reason why I give one star for atmosphere is because as I was eating there was a homeless lady laying right on the grass with her pants down it was gross I had to get up and eat somewhere else

We got the 5 dollar box it's a lot of food for a pretty low price. The staff were amazing. Very polite and patient.

Make sure you have everything you paid for, at this location, otherwise if was good. Of course the new cheesy shredded beef taco with dip is 10 times bigger in the commercial than in reality.

The good was pretty good. Not skimpy. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant. Overall good experience.

Still upset at stolen online order from years prior (tldr online ordered breakfast at time restaurant was supposed to be open, paid, order marked ready, restaurant wasn't open, no food, out $20)
UPDATE:
Employees were very rude to woman with bladder issues trying to find open restroom at 6pm on Saturday evening. McDonald's across street closed bathroom to public years ago. This makes it even less likely as a long-time customer to even want to return, especially after girlfriend was assaulted by a tweaker the last time we came in.

I had a medical bathroom emergency around 7: 40am this morning and you're highly rude custodian kicked me out the second I sat down to relieve my extreme pain and discomfort and when I told him he did not let me finish up he rudely entered the bathroom and started to clean as if I wasn't there only giving me enough time to blink.

The disrespect is insanely high in him and he does not care for my medical emergency-in fact I'm in the hospital because he didn't let me finish my emergency I had to drive to get help.

You'll be hearing from me soon, corporate.

Food and service was excellent. The negative though is it's over 100° outside and you can't turn on the air conditioning for your customers and employees? One star is for the manager that thinks it's okay for kitchen crew to be dripping sweat into food as it's prepared. Not enjoyable to eat lunch inside and extremely hot stuffy restaurant.

This location has really good staff. My problem is with taco bell meal planners. If there's a meal combo saying chicken, make EVERYTHING in it have chicken. Some people can't eat beef or pork. It's stupid to buy a whole meal to find you can only eat one little taco in it.

Manager extremely rude. Wouldn't fix a problem created by her incompetent, untrained employee & had a very bad attitude & spoke very disrespectful. She should ensure her employees are trained properly or fix the mistakes they make. Not a good manager. No wonder they only have a 3.9 star rating.

Stopped by on my way back to Merced. They did great with my order. Alot of times my order isn't like I wanted it. This place did as I asked.

Order was incomplete. Had to ask for my drink. No napkins came with my order. My burrito look like it was made by an incompetent monkey

I love this Taco Bell! Just this was not a good night (Friday evening I believe) for them. Short staffed so things were hectic! So I suggest that customers be patient when they see this! The employees can only do so much! Again, I love me some Taco Bell! So patience everyone!

Mom wanted a family feast of crunchy tacos. Guy at the drive thru was super nice and put sauces in my box without asking.

I ve pulled off the freeway about 10 times to run through the drive through. The first 8x they were the best in Merced County in my opinion. The last couple of times the cheese burrito for $5+ was about the size of my palm in length. I was disappointed and would have settled for a Big Mac even though I wasn't feeling burgers. The speed, temperature of food, and customer service is great. I guess I was on a tight budget and expecting more.
