Taco Bell, Rancho Cordova CA

Ordered on the app for in-store pickup. On the app it said the order was ready when I pulled into the parking lot. I went to get my order from the dining room and it was closed on a Friday at 11: 45 AM.

Only 1 car in the drive thru so I decided to not abandon my order like I usually do. It took 13 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my order with only 1 car in front of me. The food was cold soggy from sitting so long and I went over my allotted time for lunch.

When I brought it to the attention of the employee at the drive thru that I would not have ordered food on the app if dining room was closed. And that they should not offer in-store pickup if the dining room is closed because now that I got stuck in the drive thru I am now over my allotted time for lunch. His response was that I would get back to work sooner if I stop talking then closed the window and walked away. 1 minute late or 5 minutes late is the same write up for being late at my job.

I will never go back to any Taco Bell ever again!
The fact that I have had to abandon my orders at multiple locations because they close the dining room during the day and still allow you to order in store pickup. And that literally trap you in the drive thru with no way to get out. First time in 20 years at my job that I have been late back from lunch. Never again!

I am weird about beans so they let me substitute the beans and didn't charge me like other Taco Bell I have gone too. They made it so bomb and exactly how I like it. I'll be only going to that Taco Bell from here on out.

Taco Bell, you either love it or you're ok with it. This particular location is close to my work and we get a discount during lunch here. I'm a Taco Bell lover. Their "Hot" sauce has a flavor profile that's just plane delicious, in my opinion. The staff has always been nice to me and are very accommodating!

The service crews are very nice and friendly especially. Foods are great. Good service in all.

Very clean, lots of seating, my order was quick and delicious! The workers were also very friendly and helpful!

Ordered delivery using the Taco Bell app. Missing 2 food items. Also, specifically asked for 2 Fire and 6 Hot sauce packages. Got 12 Fire and 2 Mild. Responded to app and then email asking for thoughts on experience. No response. Been a couple days now so not expecting much. I’m big on customer service and no, the customer is not always right. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future. I’ve had issues at this location before such as going through drive through at 1130p (close at 12a) and being told they were all out of meat. No steak. No ground beef. No chicken. I work late so it was very convenient.

Consistently getting orders wrong! 3 times in a row!

Waited 29 mins for a mobile order. They got the order wrong. Didn’t add the extra cheese and beef I was charged for. Gave me a medium soda to replace a large freeze. And for my long wait they offered me a free crunchy taco worth $1. Terrible management.

Food is good. Service is poor. Three of twelve visits they have forgotten to give me one of my food items. Since it is after 9pm the dining room is closed and never enough time to cycle back through the drive thru, so I end up short changed.
Never returning. *Check your order before leaving the window!

It say they close at 12am, I was on the freeway and wanted to get the grilled cheese burrito so I saw this location and instead of going to sunrise Blvd location, I came here. It’s only 11: 28pm and drive thru sign says “drive thru open” and I pull in and they say they are closed. I asked if hours changed, and they responded with “we put everything away, sorry”. Not the best service I’ve received lol. Terrible
