Taco Bell, Modesto CA

Food was fine. But the service was unwelcoming. My order came out in different parts. I had to keep walking back and forth to the front. And they take forever to notice that someone needs to be helped.

Very poor customer service every time I go there it's at least 15 to 20 minute wait period for me to receive my no one ever greets or assists you in a timely manner. The crew is always using vulgar language. I even cought a gurl during her break smoking weed I won't be going back there. I don't trust them preparing my food.

Very quick service, very cheap. Waiting time for some coffees was quite long, but the manager reacted by himself and even gave us 1 coffee free. Amazing service, clean toilets, big enough parking and tasty food. Recommend it a lot.

Needed to use the bathroom. 20 minutes after they closed and they wouldn’t let us use the restroom and wash our hands and we had just got out of a shooting.

People come to apply for that place and when you are applied they start treating you badly and being very rude if they don't want to hire you shouldn't have to put up the sign I had to call to find out what day to go and when I need help with questions it took so long and besides they make bad faces. They make you feel unwelcome so people plus that manager that manager who they are they don't need people don't say that you need the reality they treat people badly who try to get a job.

This taco bell no matter how early or how late you go, there, food is always have yet to have a bad experience

Terrible service I been a few times and they got my order wrong again management need to pay attention someone need to teach workers customer service no one seem to have direction or know what they are doing

I took my granddaughter there for lunch, never again. We stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes or more waiting for someone to come to the register but they couldn't because they were all standing in the back in plain sight of customers, talking to each other. I ordered my food and the order was wrong. I went to get our drinks and the front of the machine area was practically floating in soda, my granddaughter got her overalls all wet from it. The staff that waited on us wasn't very friendly and didn't even hand me my order she tossed it on the take out shelf. Not Cool! Won't be going back there.

Slow, incredibly slow. Use the order displays inside at your own peril. Very frustrating wait.

Worker literally came out of the stall in the bathroom, I held the door open for my son, worker walked out right behind us without washing his hands and went straight in the back of kitchen to cook!

Always my favorite fast food restaurant. Taco Supreme. Nachos bell grande. Doritos locos. Gotta love it.

The cashier didn't give me any sauce or a fork or napkins I started to turn around but I was on my way to work rushing so I had no time but the food was good

Food was decent unfortunately the young man helping us was not really interested in our order. I'm sure it was just a fluke or he was having a bad day. I've been there before and it's been good. We just suggest that they Mark the packages or the orders when you have multiple items so you don't have to open up each burrito. Especially when ordering specialty orders for allergies of the same item they don't mark them properly. I would suggest taking a pen or a grease pen and writing on the paper to let the people know what's inside each wrapper. I e when you order a cheesy bean and rice burrito one with extra beans and no creamy jalapeno one regular you can't tell the difference unless you open the burrito up itself while driving. Just a strong suggestion when you order to ask them to do that but other than that the food was okay.

It's Taco Bell, but it took no time at all to order and my food was ready when I got to the window. Service was great staff was great.

Great, except the crew ignores the customers at the counter. All attention goes to drive thru. Restrooms not supplied properly.
