Taco Bell reviews
11It just take a little time to be ready and impossible to drive-in if you're not in car but employees are nice and never forget anything then 4 stars
Every time I go there they never mark different food items that have extra red sauce or onion. Also they give u like 5 sauce packets for a full family meal. That's just being lazy guys, come on we can do better.
Too many time I have had to toss my whole large iced tea because it was clearly partly filled up with the wrong tea and then corrected without dumping the incorrect passion tea or whatever that was being put in the cup.
Mexican pizzas are pretty hit or miss, too.
Probably the worst service at a fast food place ever. They were too busy to take an order or get it right. But had time for the entire crew to stop and pet a dog that was in the restaurant. Wonder if they washed their hand after?
Every time I dine in they ask act bothered that I don’t want to use the self order kiosk, I really don’t like the kiosk.
Other than that the food is good and drive thru is good
Went to the one on Olive and Jewetta. Extremely unfriendly workers. The worker tossed my bag on the counter and turned around. She stared me down when I asked for two more packets of hot sauce. Two young boys came in and sat down, someone from in back of the counter told them they weren't allowed in the establishment. When the boys left the workers laughed and joked about it. The dining room floor was dirty with food on the floor (there were only four people in the dining area). Very unprofessional people working there. I won't go back to this one.
I'm just going to say it how it is. The Taco Bell on Olive Drive & Jewetta IS THE WORST If you go there after 11PM your food will taste like it was made a week before you got there and most likely your order won't be correct. We were there tonight and the chalupa shells were hard as rocks and cold. The Crunchwrap Supreme had no crunch it was just a soggy mess. We were also shorted two tacos. Being shorted two tacos wasn't so bad considering, THE FOOD SUCKS! And so does the service. Disgusting! Try hiring people with good work ethics and actually want a job.
Very poor make of a Mexican pizza. Staff forgot to make it to begin with and then created this, I did order it without tomatoes or sauce but they left meat off more then half and beans off 3/4th of it.
Restaurant was clean, but it was still early in the day. I ordered off the lobby touch screen and paid. I want my drink cup but no one approached the counter, no one made eye contact or greeted me. Basically no service. I ordered a potatoe taco plus a bean, meat burrito. The potatoe taco was old, the potatoes were cold and hard. The bean and burrito was broadline cold.
Service is poor and food preparation isn't as good as it should be. Slow to get food out at the counter.
This is the worst fast food. 95% of the food has No nutritional value, and it is now more expensive.
