Taco Bell, Bakersfield CA

When I first placed our order at the window half my order was not filled. We arrived at the window paid for our food and waited after we ordered the other half of it again. Then I had to get out of the car walk into the restaurant and get a refund because the soft tacos the crust was hard and it was breaking I couldn't even hold it in my hand I told her to refund my money I'm not going to eat this. She did it with a smile on her face she says I'm so sorry I don't know what happened I think the managers owner is trying to save money and put stale food out there I'm sorry but I'm going to speak my mind.

Worse Taco Bell I ever been too, they don’t care about their customers they are all there just for a check. Customer service is absolutely horrible, I work nearby and unfortunately it’s the only place to get something to eat and every experience has been horrible and I’ve had to call and complain about my order…Manger was rude and than acted as if she didn’t understand or speak English I don’t even believe she was the general Manager I believe she was just a shift leader they refused to give me a number to speak to higher up! I don’t recommend food is never fresh and service is horrible take your money elsewhere.

This a rating for yall wanting to know. Dinging room service is very poor due to prioritizing the drive-thru at all times.

Taco Bell has lost the meaning of customer service. You are pretty much forced to place your order at a kiosk, no option for paper receipt, and the employees still can't get your order accurate. Your name is called and the employee places your order on the counter and walks away. No follow-up or asking if you need anything else.

Very great service, me and the crew have been here several times, its brand new to our area, very happy with the service and everytime we have been here our order was always correct and they just started back up with there breakfast meals and it's delicious

Pretty disappointing. I've had more than one negative experiences here. This last time consisted of a nearly 30 minute wait in the drive thru, and food that was seemingly thrown together with half the ingredients it should have had.

Went here @ 11: 30 a.m. Today. 4+ cars waiting to order in the drive thru, walked in, a group of 3 ordering at the counter, another two eating inside. Older lady walks in behind me and attempts to use the self order device. I decide to wait for the cashier who figures out that he cannot make change on a $34 order where the customer paid with 2 twenties. Manager is nowhere to be found to break for smaller bills. Cashier tells me to order on the device (only one of the two was working). I'm standing there asking myself, do I get a discount for doing their job of ordering my food, that I intended to pay cash with and would still have to wait on the manager? I told myself, "it isn't worth the hassle" and proceeded to leave, drive down to the location @ Weedpatch/Hwy 58. Was in and out of the drive thru with my food correctly prepared and change made on my $17 order in less than 3 minutes.

So now I sit and wonder, how does corporate allow this location to go on if the franchise owner hires incompetent staff to run this location?

Ok so I ordered my food around 5: 40. Did not see a lot of cars. There was only one person inside and like two or three workers. I got three chicken tacos and what I don’t understand is that if they don’t have it why not let me know beforehand since it wasn’t busy. I waited 20+ minutes and I started wondering what was going. I gave them 5 more minutes and while I kept waiting, cars started arriving at the drive through and they got their orders.
Fast forward, I go up because someone else hasn’t gotten their order and I told her if she got my order and she finally had the saying to say they don’t have the chicken tacos. Like that’s good to know but why ignore my order until I went up and said something? Anyways, it was horrible service. I kept it professional and suggested them to put a paper or watch the door if someone would order.

Very very slow took them 25 minutes to tell us they didn't have crunchy tacos two girl up front were very unprofessional and I payed 10 dollars and they offered me a 5 dollar crunch wrap. I told them yes and they told me well give u a refund instead. This place needs some serious manner training I am not happy with they're service here what so ever. Every other one I go to it's quick this place august 2nd wed at 6: 15 pm who ever scheduled these ladies are very unprofessional. As i am seating here outside customers are going back in with they're food bag. No bueno.

Place is terrible workers move so slow. Ordered my food at 12: 15pm waited a hour still no food. Asked for refund worker didn’t know how to give a refund on debit card. Had to FaceTime someone to show her. Worst Taco Bell I been to

Place is the worst shell is not even warm taco barely have any meat or cheese. Same thing everytime here

KEEP DRIVING DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Portions of meat in the tacos are scarce and was missing lettuce! The burritos are practically empty mostly tortilla! Not very friendly service either! Go to Niles they actually put meat in the tacos and beans in the burritos! Called to talk to the manager and was told she didn't understand or speak Spanish! Wow! Called the corner store to talk to the owner and left my I phone number hoping to get a call soon? !

NEVER GOT A CALL OF COURSE!

Today we went here again since the time up at the above review.there aren't that many places to go eat out here on Comanche so we gave it another try came home and husband was eating his taco and there was hardly anything in it! As he ate he spit his food out and there was a GOB of hair in his mouth! We went back he saved it and showed the manager she was very rude to us acting like as if we were lying she only wanted to refund him for the taco only! He told her he wanted the whole amount of the order and she asked if all our food had hair in it! He told her that shouldn't matter. We told her we would wait till she called the owner! Some time had passed we stood there waiting and she finally came and refunded us the money and said next time we need to bring all the food back! I said well next time we will throw it up! REALLY? WOW just so rude! I went to the shell station in the same area the owner owns all 3 places TB, Shell Station, and Me 'N Ed's. I know who she is I have seen her before. So I left my name and number again for the 2nd time and I know she probably won't call me which is so very unprofessional and just plain bad for buisness!

Without laying out all the details. Just so you know terribly managed lazy in attendant of employees and the food was subpar

My chips were rancid on my last visit and inedible. I was most disappointed! Don't serve bad chips, toss them.

Customer service is horrible. Sat and watched the lack of acknowledging their customers. They don't yell at your order, no utensils, no sauce, no syrup in the soda machine. When you stand at the counter waiting for sauce, they just stand there ignoring you. Our order sat on the counter for 5 minutes before someone from the back called it out. Happy not to be visiting this Taco Bell again. Six people just walked in. Nobody around to take their order.

Food is always great. It's Taco Bell though it's just gonna be the same mostly as every one of them except for you know those kind lol

Drive thru visit. The individual at the window was courteous smiled had a good attitude and most importantly got the order correct. I ordered the Mexican Pizza and it satisfied my hunger.

$31.00 for a system clean out well it is Taco Bell oh and if you could bring back the enchirito permanently that would be great!
