Taco Bell, Oceanside CA

Just wanted to mention an employee that went above for me today. I went through the drive thru today and it’s hard to understand me with my mask. Any way my order was taken down incorrectly and Gary took care of me. No hesitation and no attitude. Still was quick to correct my meal and was off on my way. I will definitely come by this Taco Bell again!

Horrible place! I went here twice and both times they messed up a simple order! 3 crunchy tacos! Like how? U have 1 job!

I only ordered a bean burrito and two tacos and a drink they had me drive to wait in the parking lot with no cars behind me, if they cant make the food fast enough then they shouldn't have a drive through even with the covid why would I want them to come out and give me my food. And don't take my money and then tell me to wait in the parking lot that's some B. S.and get my order wrong and not give a straw just stupid

I did a mobile order went through the drive-thru to pick it up. It was exactly the way I ordered it and it was fast!

New and clean Taco Bell. Easy to access. Never a long line. Very competent and professional. Decent number of hot sauces in the bag if you don't ask for a specific amount. Everything you could want in a Taco Bell.

Very slow service. Took 10 to 15 minutes to receive our food inside when ordering from the kiosk, but drive through service seemed to be moving at a much faster speed, 3 to 4 minutes per car.

The "BELL is Ringing" LOVE TACO BELL FOOD IS BANGING PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND PATIENT GRREAT DEALS THUMBS UP WITH A FIST PUMP

Food is always old and shells are soggy. Staff seem like they do not care about their work. Awful. Worst tacobell

Good looking Taco Bell but long wait in the drive thru. And after a long wait you still may get your order wrong. Food is standard Taco Bell

While having lunch with my family a homeless women sat at a 4 chair table NOT eating Taco Bell food and occupying the table while others had nowhere to sit, she kept burping and making disgusting noises. My husband told management (Adriana) thinking she may ask the women to stop or leave, to our surprise Adriana just laughed and did nothing to help the paying customers feel more comfortable

This is the best Taco Bell in the world. Clean restrooms, redone interior including a laptop bar, friendly staff, and they carry Diet Baja Blast for those who've been missing out because they're diabetic. Top notch.

My husband and I came here for a quick bit to eat and we're just struck by how cozy the decor was. The staff is amazingly friendly and the food was hot and delicious!

Really nice interior. The staff was super friendly, and I've never had Taco Bell served this hot. Did something change recently? The food was really good!

Overpriced i gave it chance but the taco bell on Ocenaside blvd and college is still a lot cheaper never coming back here. Food isn't that great to be that pricy

I just purchased a stake chalupa and it was horrible, it has so salty I had to throw it away and the receipt has no phone number, not only did they take for ever to give me my food but ruined part of it. No way of calling management.

Lightly staffed, 3 people and 2 of them are cooking, while 1 works drive through. Otherwise not bad since re-open.

New look.same crappy service.
Wrong orders.missing items.
Good to see they left the crew work style the same.

Update: Everytime I've been there since it re-opened.something is wrong with our order. I think they are in a competition with what store can mess your order up the most.blows my mind everytime.

I can't see how they make money here.from refunds and free food too.and they pay a wage to these people for all the mistakes?

Came thru the drive thru on my lunch and waited way more then 10 mins just to get my food and wasted my whole lunch time just wanting to eat.there was only 1 car in front of me the whole time to and didnt see anyone at the window for a good minute plus the lady in front of me didnt even have a big order

So after getting my food they messed up on my order so i tried to call and guess what the number has been disconnected wow good way to run a business

My experience at Taco Bell on Plaza Drive it was not very good because one they did not have any Forks for my taco salad 2 didn't have Diet dr. Pepper. When you ask for a taco salad it's supposed to be filled up to the top with all kinds of stuff besides the rice the meat lettuce tomatoes and everything else but it wasn't I give this place a 2 *that is my experience for this restaurant.
