Taco Bell, Palmdale CA

Spent twenty bucks only to have half the food contaminated with something that tasted horrible enough to induce instant vomiting.

I swear everytime I go to this place something is wrong or completely missing! I paid for a regular taco extra lettuce and no cheese (which they charge an extra 50 cents per taco) and I get tacos with such inconsistency! Some with regular amount of lettuce others with almost none! I order nacho cheese and chips, there's no chips in the bag and the cheese container was all the way at the bottom with the top off, spilled all over the bag. I'm so annoyed with this place. Something EVERY time. I'm sorry, I have kids and sometimes I'm in a rush, I don't have the time nor patience to double check the work they're getting PAID for. I'm giving them 2 stars because I do enjoy the food. Especially the 5 layer burrito with black beans. Bomb.

I recently purchased a Chalupa Cravings Box at thus Taci Bell. The Beefy 5 Layer Burrito consisted of less than 2/3 teaspoon of beef, 2 tablespoons of beans and NOTHING else. Still wondering where the other layers were because they weren't in my burrito. The Chalupa Supreme Taco had less than 1/2 teaspoon of beef - lots of lettuce but nothing like the ad shows. The hard taco had less than 2/3 teaspoon of meat, again it was LACKING in meat. Will I go back to this Taco Bell - NO WAY. Is the manger taking home whatever him doesn't use at the end of his shift?

Your small kindness was not lost on me. What a nice, simple gesture. I don't know what it is about this particular location, but I've experienced several instances of "above and beyond" here from various employees. It seems to be their norm. Today was no exception. I appreciate you guys over there.

This particular branch was very dirty! Restrooms were ugly and grimy. But I was with my baby and she looked amazing as always!

The staff was nice and the area was keep clean. But they messed every order up in the 15 min span I was there.

THIS Taco Bell is the best one in the area; they are kind, professional, and IF they don't get your order correct, they fix it quickly and apologize. I appreciate that. Went to the one on Ave S & some ghetto-acting chick gave me attitude about HER messing up my order

Only 2 cars in the parking lot should have been my clue. The drive thru person was rude. Got my order wrong in the drive thru. Food was not fresh. I love taco bell but will remember to avoid this one.

Drive-thru cook, that they did give me a few free Taco coupons for the wait asked me what I wanted to drink I still simply took a water. Going back to the location again another day I do believe last night was a bad flute

The service at this particular taco bell is extremely slow and as I was waiting for my order three different customers walked in from the drive thru complaining that their orders were made wrong. You dont expect much from Taco Bell but wow.

The place was clean and the workers were very friendly. This is our stop when we travel to Fresno. This place also has the cinnabon balls. Mmmm.

I know it’s april fools day and everything, but I asked for no onions on my burrito and they put onions.

Today at this particular Taco Bell I got a burrito that had more beans than rice on it which totally over powered the burrito. It was clean inside, and good customer service!

Best customer service I have recieved from any Taco Bell ever before. Food was on par with any other Taco Bell but the service I recieved from the staff instantly gives them 5 stars! If ever in the area again, I will stop here.

So basically we went to the Taco Bell and ordered 6 tacos and 3 nachos fries and a Baja blast freeze and a drink we only got 3 tacos and 3 fries but we didn’t get the Baja blast and the person putting in the order was very hard to understand and I wouldn’t recommend this place

Taco Bell is good that a Mexican food quicky when you suddenly have one. Make sure to be open minded because the freezie machine could be down.

Nice cleaned spot. Went in after lunch rush. They have ordering kiosk. Sometimes I just want yo look before ordering.so I browsed before my order. And good was made fast.

They are great and they took care of me with me traveling and I will always go back to this TACO BELL.

The meat is always cold and the oil also shows and taste nasty. I called and complain but did not want to drive back. Food quality needs to improve check food before leaving.

WHY IS the strawberry skittles freeze machine ALWAYS broke and why haven’t they got it fixed. Advertise something and the machine doesn’t even work
