The manger that was working Tuesday night 8/21/22 at the locust Grove ga store was very rude she yells at the customer's and the employees iv seen her do it while waiting on food she has a nasty attitude and il never go back there as long as she it there she doesn't care about customer service she threatened to spit in food and does not let the customer talk and listen before she starts making the customer upset and she makes problems were there shouldn't be problems and if the employees get yelled at it's no wonder they quit no one want to be yelled at in front of other people.

These people hate and disregard dietary restrictions. It doesn't matter if you order ahead. When you ask for a correction due do a potentially deadly allergy they messed up, the late night staff gives you attitude. GO 2 MINUTES IN THE OTHER DIRECTION TO THE NEXT BEST TACO BELL. THIS ONE SUUUUCKS.

Please consider bringing back the "Bell Burger". I miss it so much. The steamed bun, meat, lettuce, cheese, wrapped in the signature yellow wax paper. I want one every time I get nacho fries.
It's been like 40 years, long enough my friends.

On Friday 7/21/22 at the 169 hwy Smithville Missouri location I ordered food to take home when I got home to feed my crew I was missing half of my order I called them that night as soon as I found out the manager told me he would redo my whole oder I told him I was not going all the way back there since I had just put in a 16 hour day! He said I'll take your name and ph# the next time you come in your meal will be free! I said ok thanks! Tonight I drove home from working a 12 shift told my wife I would go by and get our free food to only find out they not only didnt write my name down for the order but they expected me to pay for it again? I said NO THANKS YOU ALL MESSED UP AND NOW IM WRITING A REVIEW OF YOUR RESTAURANT!
THANKS TACO FOR A TEAM OF EMPLOYEES THAT NO NOTHING ABOUT MANAGEMENT

No longer has favorite menu choices, like mexi melt, double beef burrito Supreme. Also, when I order quesdilla, the cheese is not real cheese as it was in the past, but nacho cheese sauce. For breakfast menu the taco bell in Waianae Hawaii says no breakfast items have real cheese. Without these items and real cheese Taco Bell will no longer be my choice. I will make at home. I have been a faithful Taco Bell customer till now for 40 years as an adult and prior as a child. Why all the changes. Others I know feel the same way.

I ordered through the app on 6/11/2022. At the drive through, I was told the Manager was on the phone with text support and that I would need to cancel my order. I used almost $40 in gift cards. I have called customer service, gave my order number and the full gift card numbers and I was told I'd receive an email. As of 8/10/22 I have not been refunded.

I went to the Taco Bell in Carthage MO, placed my order and was served Taco Supremes with no Leticia, or tomato. When I went back to the counter, they said they ran out. What is going on with your supply chain? Also the Mexican Pizza that was served was one of my favorites. And I was so happy that it was back on the menu, unfortunately your supply chain again failed to keep up with demand. They ran out product to make them and have been out for 5 to 6 weeks now. Taco Bell is loosing business big time. Hope you will fix this soon.

I can't believe that they have pulled a scam on Mexican pizza lovers again. I never went to them after they took Mexican pizza off the.menue the 1st time. I'd like to know what scam they r pulling taking it off again. I will have nothing to do with them until they bring back Mexican pizza. It has the same ingredients as everything else so can't have run out of them. They really should be ashamed of themselves

Never will eat at your restaurants again. You removed the menu from inside the restaurant. Does not make any sense what so ever.
I’m pretty sure after walking out of the Albemarle, NC 28001 place this evening I won’t be the only one that refuses to evef eat at your establishments again.

Have come here many times to chillcothe location. The cashier was very rude when asking to add a drink to my order then I ordered the grilled cheese burrito box which I paid almost 10 dollars for. They made a spicy burrito when I ordered a classic. They refused to make a new one for me when asked said it was right. Was not husband ordered spicy and mine was hotter then his.

Taco Bell is by far the worst place to eat. The customer service is horrible the employees are very rude and disrespectful. This is not just one Taco Bell it is all Of them nation wide. I went through the drive threw I didn’t get my cinabun delights. I called back and talk to the manager and he told me that I didn’t get charged for them but I did. I asked for a receipt when i was there and he told me he couldn’t give me one. I don’t understand why a company that makes so much money will not give me what I paid for. I was at this same Taco Bell one time and two workers were cussing at people and at each other while talking.

I placed an order on 8/9 and cancelled it a couple minutes later. I received an email stating I would not be charged. The gift card on my account was charged anyway and I have reached out via the app, Instagram, email, and phone calls but I have not received my money back to my gift card. Please advise.

Bring back the mexican pizza and make sure the stores have the poduct to make them our stores (Abilene, Tx) have been out of ingredients for almost 3 months. Stop worrying about some desert that wont hardly sell after a couple of weeks and bring back one of the highest selling product yall have. Thats business 101.

We ordered from the taco bell in advantage circle in Sacramento. My cheesy Gordita crunch was dry and the flat bread was very dry. The chicken quesadilla was drenched with the spicy ranch I substituted for.

I see expensive commercials all over TV.all night long. Yet all the Taco bells in Denver are never open during peak hours or have excessive wait times. I am thinking there is no way they will stay in business another year.every other fast food place around at least makes an attempt to feed their hungry customers. NOT TACO BELL.
