Taco Machin, Bonita CA

I'm so bummed I didn't take pics of the tacos! Either way, they were delicious I had a birria mulita and a adobada taco. If I could have eaten more I would have. Their portions are quite filling, so 2 items was all I could handle. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the food definitely made up for it!

Excellent service and very friendly cashier. I was able to sample the agua frescas and definitely happy with my drink selection. I arrived on a very rainy day and I ordered one taco de carne asada, taco de caquete and quesadilla de carne asada on floor tortilla. The caqueta was my first choice and it had great flavor. But my favorite was the carne asada flavor on both the taco and the quesadilla. I would return as they have specials on Mondays and Tuesdays. Truly a very clean establishment with great job! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Handmade Tortillas (should I say more? !) great food, everything is tasty and delicious. My favorite taco de tripa (get the tripa extra crispy), the carne asada is ok, the lengua tacos are very good. Also try their agua fresca of cucumber with Chia seeds so good.

I love tacos. The Al pastor and tripas are good. If you can’t make it out to Tacos El Gordo, come here. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been here many times before and food was good. Even recommended to friends. Today was disappointing. There was a different guy making the tacos and I’m sorry but the guy sucked. The meat was uncooked and not chopped right. My wife’s tacos had huge cuts of meat and were made very sloppy. I ordered the Machin Fries and what I got was a bowl of nacho cheese soup with fries in it. He put so much nacho cheese that the fries got soaked very quickly. You add the guacamole and sour cream and I had a soggy mess. It was disgusting.

Alma is one of the best cashiers actually the best cashier at this restaurant. I always see her doing her position, cleaning, nice and professional, very friendly great service would come back because of her!

I've heard about this place and decided to give it a try. Save your money. The guacamole is so runny that it won't stay on the taco and the meat was extremely salty. Again not a good place.

They have tripa tacos! Yay! And they are delicious and crispy. The lengua is ok. The tortillas taste like real tortillas without those yucky preservatives.

Was disappointed in the tacos. The tortas are pretty good. Nothing special. Nothing really wrong, but for the price, I expected better tacos.

No body grills their carne asada anymore, but Taco Machine still does!

This is our new go-to taco spot, which is saying a lot living in San Diego! I love that it’s a simple menu, but done super well and the prices are great - especially since they’re a bit more elevated than the average street taco. I often find the TJ style tacos a little dry but these are perfect. The portobello one is amazing and so nice to have a veggie option that’s not bell peppers! The service is very efficient and friendly and we like the atmosphere a lot. We live only 5 minutes away but we often stay to eat because it’s really cute.

Best taco shop in the world. We were taken to Taco Machin by our AirBnb landlord Ivan and enjoyed our time there a lot. Expect cheerful staff, friendly service and delicious authentic Mexican food. We're sending lots of love from Germany - see you again soon!

Had the carne asada chips. They were big. It was delicious. The nachos had all the ingredients of a full meal! $11!
Dine in, if you take out, eat them within 5 min or else its soggy.

Too expensive for the portion size.
I ordered a canned soda and a California Burrito. $14. The burrito was the size of a burrito from Taco Bell.
