But they messed up our order up,
Ordered chile verde plate was waiting for it but turns out she didint charge me i did say what i wanted smh so just ate my tacos
And birria tacos had so MUCH TINY BONES?
1st time HERE and last time here

I ordered a molcajete. To go. I get home and there is no tortilla or utensils in my bag. Frustrating

I've been coming to this place for at least 6 years, it's not what it used to be. 1 molcajete is $30. They don't serve handmade tortillas because of the pandemic, it used to be so clean, I went today and the window sill was full of dead bugs, this place is depressing. The quantity of food is very little for the high priced menu. I don't feel welcomed anymore, the televisions are off, no music and they're restroom and sink smells like sewer. I don't think this place should stay open for long.

Went hear today for mothers day. As soon as we got a food one of the plates had a hair. This tall girl with pig tails and large hoops was saying its not a hair it was something else.they spit on our food. Never going there again.

Love their Cafe de olla and their food is delicious as well. Employees are attentive and polite.early sundays have less customers but later in the day it gets busy. Prices are worth the food and its portions.

The prices are a bit high ($14.00 per plate) but you won't be disappointed by the food. They do have specials on the menu. Awesome taste and salsas to die for.

Every Sunday you can find my family having breakfast with our father. The food is very good and authentic. The posole and menud5a hit the spot!

Delicious mexican food, staff will do any change you ask, and will really try to make you feel served.

I love this restaurant Don chentes they have a good service clean very clean place very friendly staff the food has so many menus that you don't know which one to choose because everything is good and everytime I have opportunity to go to LA I go to Whittier Boulevard to Don chentes he has the best Mexican food and Seafood I wish that he put One restaurant Don chentes in Visalia California sincerely Josie line

My husband and I eat here often. The food is great! The service is good and the place is clean. Weekends gets a little more busy than usual. But weekdays they have breakfast specials from 9-11.

Had 2 tacos/2 flautas combo. GREAT! Friendly staff. The iced tea was really good and the salsa was good as well!

Horrible, for being a restaurant it seem like only one person worked there.poor service in general

Great customer service I was highly satisfied and I would recommend this spot to people. Food was great, and the atmosphere pretty mellow!

The food is great here. Kind if pricey but I haven't had anything I didn't like. The wait is pretty bad during prime business hours cause families like to come to dine in.

The food was tasty. The place could be cleaner. The booths were a bit dirty, particularly the floors. There was bits of food under the booths floors. Otherwise would give 4 stars for the food.

Use too like this place. But recently the food hasn’t been up too par. Just left there came and fries were stale, bought a 9.00 burrito and it was mostly all rice and beans. And lastly it’s gotten real expensive. 12.00 for a torta, Come on 9.00 for a burrito? Sorry lost a customer.

Delicious local spot, everything on my plate was delicious I ordered the steak and eggs, and torta de milanesa to top it off! Cashier was nice and attentive coming back!

Very disappointed since it's under a different ownership. Absolutely nothing tastes the way it used to. You can tell that several dishes are not made out of scratch. I'm sorry but it doesn't have the authentic Mexican taste anymore.
