Tacos El Paisa, San Diego CA

Food is always good but some days it's BOMB! I wish is was always bomb. Workers are very nice. This place is so close to home we walk. We love having dinner here and walking home after. Even though this area is ghetto the sunset looks nice from this location. Sunsets are always beautiful no matter the location and El Paisa Chilaquiles Rojos+Sunset with a sprinkle of ghetto is perfect.

Great tacos here we broke down and decided to eat before repairing the shredded tire on our car. It takes a while to get served but it's good food and if you have the patients, it's well worth the wait.

You must go here with an appetite. Because the portions are huge and the food is delicious.

They have a very nice outdoor patio area that is very colorful. Or you can get your food to go.

Very obvious how much pride they take in their food, as everything is cooked to order with fresh ingredients.

The salsa roja wasn’t good at all. The Cali burrito came with a lot of fries and sour cream not a lot of meat. It’s also a bit over priced. Could definitely be better though.

If you want to be over priced for Mexican food, receive bad attitude/horrible service from the cashiers, or have the employees get upset because your asking for more salsa or a specific salsa after you just spent 40 dollars plus for your food this is definitely your place to go.

Used to be a very good place to eat, but their prices went up too much. Food is good but overpriced. $15 for a carne asada fries. No way. It's a good time to discover another Taco Shop around.

I've taken a drive up to el cajon before when they overcharge my card Im not sure what makes them think I wont drive up the street. Also if I wanted to park and wait for my food I would've not gone in the drive thru

Their food is ok. What I love Is the Agua de Fresa (strawberry water) but they always put alot of ice even dough I tell them not too. When I finish drinking my strawberry water I end up with a half of cup of ice?

I wish I had taken pics. Listen, the food here is BOMB! I had 3 tacos, Carnae Asada, Fish, & chicken. It was soul satisfying. Then the Carnae Asada fries. Damn, Just thinking about it. I want some more. If your in San Diego please go check this place out. You will not be sorry.

It was my first time dining here and I was more than satisfied with the quality and flavor of the tacos. In my opinion they're better than El Gordo. I will be back when I'm back in San Diego next week.

Cool experience! Someone greeted us and took our order through the drive thru, a cone with a number was put on the roof of our car and we parked. Our food was brought to us within 7 minutes. The food was very good! We will return!

I love this place especially their Taco Tuesday! The tortillas are made as your tacos are ordered and the servers are very friendly.
