I was there for lunch And I ordered a burrito that was $9.99 the clerk Build me $11 I asked for a medium drink And gave me a small drink The food was not that great French fries were overcooked and the burrito was not that great

Worst location in the city of Bakersfield. They always get the order wrong. The girls they put at the window always have an attitude. The food is undercooked. If you want good food and good service go to the tacos La villa on union or state rd. This one is trashy.

Establishment Was Great. Loved The Atmosphere. Waitress Was Suoer Nice. Presentation Of Food Was Good. Ordered 2 Shreaded Beef Tacos. Didn't Expect Them To Be Served On A Hard Shell, So They Ended Up Being Soggy. And Very Little Flavor.

Good service good food in the Drive-Thru way way too long there was only two cars ahead of me I was there for a long time

From the moment my hubby and I walked in, we knew we were home. The smells were invitation itself and the homemade salsa is amazing!
I took some home and make eggs and salsa. It's That good.
Service was on par and just the atmosphere was perfect.
I'm def a regular customer now.
Loves it much!

Got some carne asada tacos and had food poisoning the next day never again and it's sad because it used to be really good.

Well I just went down there right now and ordered something and got charged for it and I get home and there's nothing that I asked for there's customer service was garbage that will be the last time I go there again even there soda was waterd down I think the Hina just got upset cause I asked her to do her job by making me something specific and she didn't like that so thumbs down for them

Always very friendly when I visit. Food is always perfect to order. Suggest the shrimp burrito

They make your food fresh so bc it’s not some microwave meal it takes about 10 mins from start to finish but more than worth it trust me try they chicken and cheese tacos they are so damn good my mouth is watering just thinking of them don’t forget the churro bomb

Not the best, but definitely not the worst Mexican food in the area. Shrimp tacos aren't really worth the mess the make. Carne asada is decent, but I'd like to see some seasoning.

I'd go again, but it would only be for enough food to get me to a better spot.

So upset. I was very nice. I asked for no onions on burrito and they had put extra onions. I asked no tomatoes for my torta and still have tomatoes. Also they asked if we wanted any sauce at the window and we responded yes and left & realized they didn’t put are sauce or lemon in bag. I go to this location all the time and there always something this location messed up on. I will not return to this location anymore waste of 40$ ‍️

Literally just ordered jamaica and it tasted like dirty sink water and stale bread. I've never ordered food here but can only imagine the quality.won't be coming back here.

Usually come here once a week. Today was horrible. Cashier was rude. Food was all wrong. Took them 10 minutes to figure out how to fix the order. Bani was the person who ruins this place. Never again will I come back after today's issues. Remember to check your receipts

The more places they open the less homely it feels and the more corporate they become. There food used to be of quality and very appealing. Recently got a Burrito Supreme and the sauce was soupy and the chicken tasted old like leftovers from a fridge. STEP YOUR GAME UP!

Customer service was good, but they don't even try to make sure the food looks appetizing. When I was handed the bag, the boxes were everywhere. They didn't even try to make them straight so the food stays put. I asked if the horchata was made by them but it tasted like the powdered ones. The torta had to much mayonnaise.

Asked for 2 tacos al pastor with no vegetables and couldn’t even do that, shrimp tacos are way to salty.my tacos were everywhere when I opened my box.

Not to sound negative but it’s just disappointing at this point. I have tried countless times to work this out with the la Villa on Chester and nothing happens. I order a PASTOR HOT CHEETO BURRITO that’s it. Nothing special, so why out of the three times this week have I gotten a PLAIN CARNE ASADA. And I paid extra for the hot Cheetos. It’s just people know they can’t do anything but take it back but who wants to go all the way back after they JUST got home to eat. And even BEGGING the staff to try better and just put a little effort into their job has been impossible. They don’t care about the customers or food they are just lazy workers there for the money and can’t even read a paper right.

The food is okay. It's mexican food, hard to go wrong there. The restaurant itself is depressing and uninviting. The staff is always very friendly and nice, and they make the ominous atmosphere of the restaurant tolerable.
