12 Ok if you have a bussiness you need to look what your selling
I saw a price 2.00 for cebiche
And i got kick out booohh culichi
They use fresh and delicious ingredients. They are very informative on their Instagram and over the phone. A perfect place to get food to-go. They have quesa-birria which can be hard to get at other places.
Got the best ceviche in town shrimp with mango and medium heat always so delicious! Also ordered tacos de birria they were just what I needed on a cold night. Savory crunchy shell with marinated beef nice and fresh with a side of piping hot consume. This food truck is a little more expensive but they work hard and have food that you will think about every time you pass by them.
I have to say I've eaten out a lot of Mexican restaurants but I think they got the best tacos in town, also the tortas and the burritos I've had and they were delicious so I highly recommend them if you can find them
They make one of the best seafood items in town. La Torre tostadas are great and enjoy that they can make it spicy.
Got like 4 different orders they gave me two hot sauces the size of a thumb tip super tiny barely enough for one taco and when I asked for more he was being rude saying they put some in already tacos were not that good meat was dry and the tortilla was greasy first and last time:)
I travel all over the country and LOVE food trucks. El Culichi is by far the BEST Food I have ever had. I will be back!
I usually don't hit the food trucks.
But I was in town visiting. I was hungry and was told to find the red food truck.
Glad I did Some good tacos for sure.
All the food looked good
But I'm a taco eater.
So that's what I stick with.
Their tacos are so delicious, they even converted my wife into a taco lover. Not to mention they're a really friendly bunch that look like they work hard while having fun doing it. I hope they only continue to improve their formula. Thanks guys!
Best taco truck In town. Competes with local brick and mortar mexican food stores. Quality, top notch, priced very reasonably. Never had something I didn't like from here

Best taco truck in town hands down and I've tried them all. The birria tortas are absolutely amazing, priced very reasonable (and worth every penny), the staff is very friendly, fast, and on top of it. I have literally NEVER had any issue with any order ever and I go there alot. The quality of food these guys crank out is crazy. Better than most resturants in town. Highly recommend this 10/10
