Tadka Indian Restaurant reviews
14Have eaten here twice in the last week. Great fresh light Indian food that is very delicious. Super chai! Friendly people happy to talk about their food. On my regular list now:)
I feel this is a really underrated place, having lived in the UK which is spoiled by the quality of Indian food, I find it hard to be satisfied with Indian food in the USA, I feel they make it bland etc.to suit the taste here. This place is a gem, Naan was 9/10, the Paneer Tikka Masala was awesome and my wife loved the tandoori. I would definitely come back here, the staff were great as well. Don't let the sports bar Indian stuff put you off, it's not a bar or seem sports bar'ish. Please try it.
I had the Palak paneer and Dal soup and both were great. The owner was really nice as well.
We stopped here for the first time the other night and was pleasantly surprised by the portions, quality, and taste of the food. We were a little thrown off by the slightly higher than used to prices but overall the service was great and we enjoyed our meal with plenty of leftovers. The palak paneer (Similar to saag paneer) was tasty and not too greasy. The garlic naan was thinner but larger than expect with lots of garlic as we love. The tandoori chicken legs were perfectly seasoned and cooked and chicken korma (added a side of rice as well) was tender and well flavored. They also serve a variety of beer.
A very pleasant surprise, just found it on our way it is tucked inside a busy residential neighborhood which makes it a little difficult to find parking. Warmly welcomed and nice cozy seating with good options on the menu. We tried Naan, Curry, rice and chicken tandoori - very flavorful even if it comes to plain basmati rice, very nicely served and warm service; the chicken is bit on the average side with not much flavor. Will definitely come back again to try more varieties. Happy to find nice Indian food after really long.
My order was accidentally picked up by a different customer, so it was not ready when I arrived. When the staff realized what had happened they apologized and VERY quickly prepared my meal and threw in a complimentary dessert. I’d eat there again just because of their customer service, but the food is great too!
Daal and lamb curry had great flavor and spice. Loved that the food came in dinnerware that made me feel like I was eating in someone’s home. Great and fast service
We ordered pizza but it was tasteless not spicy or salt in it and they didn’t even ask what spice level we need, and when we were leaving they didn’t ask about the food
Ordered for delivery taking advantage of a 2 for 1 offer. Items on offer were half the portion of equivalent full priced items in the same order.
Loved the matter paneer curry that we ordered, probably the best I've had in a long time.took a risk with the roti and didn't like it - felt very flat and dry and will probably come back and try some of the naans.regardless, a five because the curry was delicious and the staff was delightful!
One of the best Indian restaurants that I’ve tried in the city. Butter chicken, CTM, palak paneer and lamb vindaloo were all incredible with healthy portions.
Can’t wait to dine in soon. Major props, Tadka!
Really tasty curries, pizza, and naan, lovely people, very prompt with online orders! Excellent spicy pickles.
The Staff is very rude and hospitality is very poor they are very busy making online order i think they should close dining if they don’t have staff to serve.
Great lunch combo, excellent taste for a lunch price. Didn't expect a whole naan included, which was welcome.
