They were quick and efficient. The visit took about 45 minutes. However, they charge $332 for a Covid test. If you think you have Covid just walk across the street to CVS and get a test for $10 instead. The lack of price transparency is frustrating but that is common in the American healthcare system.

My wife and I are from Santa Cruz and visit Tahoe a lot. While on this trip, I stepped barefoot on a pretty large splintered piece of wood and was sure there was a splinter in my foot. I visited the urgent care and the staff was awesome. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and kind. Can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work here!

We're here on vacation and our 4 year old was showing signs of an ear infection. They got us in despite being closing time and went above and beyond to get his prescription filled before the local pharmacies closed for the night.

They saved us from a long night with a sick kid and that is worth all the stars

Our daughter had an ear infection so we brought her in on a Friday morning. We were in and out in less than an hour and the front desk and pediatrician were efficient, competent and friendly. Great experience.

Can't say enough good things about this urgent care. I've had to bring my son to them twice and both times they've been so welcoming, listened to us, answered any questions and were incredibly thorough. They spoke to my son, who is 12, with respect and explained things to him on his level, which was awesome. Both the nurse and the doctor who saw us, Ellie Black, were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care in the Tahoe City area.

Office staff or doctors are not very helpful, went there for back pain which I thought was Sciatica, I have had it before. After they extorted me for the exam, sure enough it was diagnosed as Sciatica. I asked for a prescription for an anti-inflammatory as it's helped my sciatica in the past, and since I was on vacation, wasn't able to see a my regular doctor. They declined and gave me muscle relaxers instead. This only made the condition worse. No surprise there. I called to let them know that the muscle relaxers yielded a negative result. They declined to help me after this, saying I would have to return for another visit - to be "re-diagnosed". Pure incompetence. To top all this off, I am a cash/self pay person, and I paid in full, 100% of my bill for all services rendered at the time of service (as is their policy) and now I am getting calls from their billing department about my "balance due". Not sure what is going on over there, but I would recommend getting some competent doctors and billing people instead of fleecing patients and then trying the shake them down after the fact for more money, when you provided them a dis-service. It is truly sad to say. Buy I would have been better off NOT going to their clinic.
