Paid 75 bucks to launch and had bums yell and scream at me while I launched and warmed up boat. The staff at the dock did nothing. I even asked them to tell this homeless person to leave and they did nothing again. Didn’t say one word to him. Never going back. It’s over priced and they let homeless people on the property. I thought this was a nice place but the staff could care less. Stay away. I’ll only launch at cave rock after this. They lost my business forever! If you see the white dude with the beard run. Dudes useless.

We love going to the marina - staff are friendly and helpful. Gas, stores and waste dumping available.

They definitely profit over charge to the damages. They charged us $300 for damage to the propeller. No insurance offered for it when we rent it. And they repeatedly told us that damage to the propeller will cost $400 before we get on the boat. Even ask us to take photo of the propeller. Whole thing sounds fishy tbh. The propeller probably cost $50 (which we found on Amazon).

I wanted to share that the team at the Marina is doing such a great job, smile on their face with all the pressures of people wanting to launch their boat, needing all kinds of things. The staff deserves a 10 out of 10 for their professionalism. Love being in the marina.

I'm always impressed by the level of service in the office, but I waited a long time to launch on Saturday. It seems they are short staffed. Otherwise it's always a pleasure at TKM.

We took Kayak’s out today and had a terrible experience. They provided kayaks 15-20 mins away from the lake and said we have to paddle out by ourselves. Also the same amount of time was wasted in paddling in again. Which gave us like 20 mins of kayaking in lake. That’s horrible if we are paying that much.

I would not recommend kayaking here.

We launched our boat here and were told to park out on the road by an employee then checked with another employee to make sure we were told right, parked there, and got a $75 parking ticket. Every single car with a trailer was told the same thing and had a ticket. We felt that it was a big cheap shot so it was extremely disappointing. We also had a big problem with resealing our boat, they made us go back in a huge line to do it and it was a huge fiasco. Our experience was definitely not pleasant, sorry Tahoe keys!

I've had lots of experience as a fuel and boat launch customer of TK Marina since 2019, and I must say that the new Suntex management is a tremendous and welcome improvement! Not all of the infrastructure improvements are possible to make happen right away, of course, but the new staff and management are extremely responsive and professional. Happy to give them my repeated business!

Had an excellent time while visiting the keys marina! Heather was very helpful and accommodating, as well as the ramp guy James. They did seem slightly understaffed, but they managed to provide excellent service given the circumstances.

We went to Tahoe Keys Marina to rent a boat from Tahoe Keys Boat & Charter. The rental company was great and we had a great day on the lake. The reason for the one star review is for the condition of the porta pottys. All three of the potties where completely full to the toilet seat with waste and there was not toilet paper in either of them. There were not other options to use a restroom on the entire site.

Suntex (new owner) in process of major upgrade to facility but marina is currently fully functional and enjoyable.

Just here making a delivery to the Boat Dock guys! Dealt with Tanner, he's awesome! Despite only half of the delivery being the correct items that he ordered he was very professional and more than pleasant and got me unloaded and out of there in no time! Looks like it would be a pretty cool place to go check out and spend some time on a day off!

They found “damage” on our boat and another guests boat and scammed us out of $200. Scummy tourist scam

Depending on where you're located.the tahoe keys is just stinky now and a little unpleasant, but of course the best can be made out of any situation. I still had a great time with the kids.
