Very nice property, the house is well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. We would stay there again.

Beautiful condo. Amazing views with mountains and water stream. Many thoughtful touches and fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.you don't need anything and if you forgot little toitteirries you find it there. Definitely will be back!

Very spacious and very clean home! Great quiet neighborhood for walking, exploring, or just relaxing outside. The home provides a lot of outdoor and indoor space. We stayed with lots of family and had such a wonderful fun time. Short drive to the town of Truckee where you can find lots of shopping and restaurants! I highly recommend staying here, it’s so beautiful!

This property was comfortable, clean and well managed. I would recommend this property to anyone. We had no issues whatsoever, it was like being home.

Tahoe Truckee Vacation Properties is THE WORST. They essentially steal your money. We had to cancel our stay due to the August 2020 wildfires throughout California. There was a 400,000 acre large fire 37 miles from Truckee and we did not feel safe driving up there for a "weekend getaway" in polluted air. Yet the rental company REFUSED to give us any money back and was very uncaring of the dangerous situation driving up to Truckee would have put us in! Despite the road closures, RED FLAG fire warnings, terrible air quality index, this rental company had no empathy and were basically like "Sucks for you. " They are greedy, money-grubbing people who just want to steal your money. Look up the company on Google. They have EXTREMELY poor ratings across Yelp, Air BNB, and Google Plus from other upset guests who have been cheated or scammed by them. Save your money. Don't book any of their rentals.

I contacted an agent here about a rental property I was interested in to check its availability. Although she responded promptly to that initial outreach, she completely ignored me when I sent follow-up questions via e-mail, then via text to her phone. You ghost people when you find them unworthy of your time.

It's sad when a potential customer who is gainfully employed and has money to spare during a time of economic crisis is disregarded like a nuisance. Fortunately, for me, there are plenty of other property management companies out there, and unfortunately for this company, I won't ever be wasting my money on them, not will I recommend to my network.

RUN! This property management is completely unprofessional and ill-equipped to run a business. We booked through VRBO, paid the deposit, signed the contract, were in touch with the office and they cancelled on us for no reason. They claimed it was a "glitch" with VRBO. They were completely unapologetic and unprofessional. They basically ruined our vacation plans. After long negotiations with the owner's daughter, Carrie, she finally agreed to help put us in a "comparable unit" for the same price. The place was a COMPLETE DUMP. Totally dated and overpriced. Terrible business. We've notified VRBO and HomeAway.

NEVER EVER book their house. Extremely slow service. They forgot to leave the room key at the place they stated for check-in process. Sent someone to deliver it one hour later. AC broke at the second day and they couldn’t fix it which makes the house super freezing. The fire alarm kept beeping every few minutes indicating low battery. They charged us $380 for cleaning fee but after we left they charged extra $175 because they said they cleaned one more hour which should be $35 per extra hour in the contract. After all they refused to negotiate about the cleaning fee with us. The worst experience ever.
