New to the area, first course I played. The man in the pro shop was very friendly (sorry I’m horrible with names). Everyone who I ran into that was an employee said hello. The price was very reasonable for 18 holes. The condition of the course was great. The greens were great, a couple of the greens had minor issues, but it did not affect play. Great place, I will definitely play there again.

Excellent value for the price. Staff is very friendly and accomidating. Course is in good condition. Resturant has great breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend Tahquitz Creek!

Very nice except the greens were just plugged and heavily sanded. Nice Golf Course and friendly staff!
Thanks

The 36-hole golf course is good to play alone, and it's not unreasonable to play 2-4. It is a very good place to practice and enjoy golf, considering only the friendly staff and the damage caused by heavy rain.

Homeless encampments and sewage smell along the front 9. Would be nice if not for those issues.

There were literally homeless people walking across the fairway. This is not a great place to golf.

I usually do not write anything anywhere but this was necessary. I went there with some friends on Sunday 6/11/2023 in the afternoon. We had the unfortunate experience to play at the Legend course. My biggest mistake was to book the place without researching too much about it and only going for it because the picture that would show on GolfNow was breath taking. The only good thing about this course was the staff who were friendly and helpful. Once we got the carts, we went straight to the 1st tee and our disappointment was met with a very simple hole that had some sand piles about 50 yards from the tee box and definitely not taken care of. Mediocre at best overall the course maintenance. I could get a cheaper tee time in LA but surely a better maintained course. I will never go back and I will make sure my friends do not waste their time there as well.

Solid course. Food was great, unfortunately the clubhouse had zero memorabilia. Which is a non-issue for most, I'm just a collector of places I've played.

Great course! This was the first time I played here. The only reason I give it 1 star less is the homeless scoping out our golf cart between 1st-4th holes. Will play again.

Well-maintained & challenging. Curves around a large homeless encampment whose denizens walk around the golf course.

Very nice course. Loved playing it. Next time I'm in the area I will certainly play it again.

Friendly starter. Wide fairways. Greens are in good shape. A bit overpriced! Do NOT allow the club staff to handle your clubs, particularly, Mike … throwing around my wife’s Taylor Made clubs and my set / new $700 Callaway driver like they were airplane luggage was not appreciated. Will not be playing again.

Had fun. Unfortunately 2 holes were shortened that day due to flooding. Course was in good shape. No ball markers with their name but got a cool shirt

Nice course for a public. Greens are well maintained so are the fairways but the rain has caused some damage. Pretty open flat grounds with challenging greens that’s pretty hard to read if you’re a first timer. Their driving range is just ok, you hit off the ground but it’s really dry and it’s like practice in the sand. Chipping and putting area is good. Starter guys are pretty cool too.

Played here two days ago with my wife on the Resort course. The course itself was fairly nice with some good views of the mountains. And the starter Jeff was a really nice guy who had to deal with a lot of chaos. That is the end of the good part of this review.

Before our round, we went to the driving range. The tee boxes were were just rock hard dirt. No grass or mats anywhere. Well ok.

There was total bedlam at the two starter stations. They didnt have any carts. People were waiting for 20 minutes to get a cart for their rounds. The carts would dribble out every now and then. Not much rhyme or reason to who got them. We went out about 20 minutes late.

The next part isnt really the courses fault. While we were out playing, someone stole another golfers cart. People were chasing the guy down the course when he pulled a knife and started after his pursuers. As far as I know, nobody got hurt. A lot of people fled the course. That sped up play at least. A bunch of cops showed. I assume they got the guy. It wasnt your typical round of golf. Given the green fees and other issues, I dont think we will go back.

I was disappointed. The afternoon check in was terrible as 8 couples were 'waiting ' for power carts and the excuse was all courses in the area have this problem. NOPE. Then the course was in ok shape BUT watch out for multiple people (in houses along the course) throwing balls for their dogs on the golf course. 4 different holes this happened on. I won't be back

Absolutely a joke. Run the other way. You are playing in a bog. On 14th hole three obnoxious kids were playing soccer and then taunting the golfers to “hit them and pay”. Truely the most bizarre game of golf I’ve ever played.
