Delicious. The food was served super fast. Good food, affordable prices. We had the sweet and sour ribs, sweet and sour pork, and orange chicken, plus beef chow mein. The chow mein was my favorite, really flavorful. You can order the orange chicken spicy or non-spicy. We ordered non-spicy for the kids. Everything was great. Nice, clean place. Recommend!

I don’t think this place’s rated “A” no air-con open door. I could hear the streets noise outsides. I ordered food to dine in but zero customer service no words spoken nor smiles or hi or hello dead period so I ask for a menu & gave it to me left so when she’s comes back I place my order. When I called her for a glass of water she’s flossing/flocking her teeth in the cashier counter visible to us customer so disgusting. That’s it I’m done here not coming back. Btw food seems to be tasty good but who’s knows what’s going on behind the kitchen. Totally missing a consciousness & cleanliness attitude Sad it could be much better. Health department should come by & visits them sometimes just for safety measure.

Not lots place make it 'soup if the day' may order according to size to per person, quite good. May try! Next time.

Service was great although food average. Entrees ordered were either too salty or bland. Walnut shrimp is favorable and recommended. Minced beef soup tasty. Poached chicken had no flavor although the ginger sauce was good. Pea pods were too salty and returned it for Chinese broccoli with no flavor. Alot of Cantonese entrees although unsure which one is good. Price of entree ranged from $14.95-17.45. Lunch specials reasonably priced but have not tried to render an opinion.

Quick service, but there was only two other people when we arrived lol food was good, my favorite was the honey walnut shrimp? Lady that everyone keeps referring to, seems to just keep to herself, which is fine. She was nice to us and provided everything we needed and asked for quickly. Prices are fair, good portion sizes, would recommend.

This place needs to update their hours of operation. It says closed at 9: 30 but they actually closed at 8: 30pm. Very disappointed. Looks like this place don't really need the business.

First time trying Tai Pan House. Was pleased with the food and service. Would likely go back again.

If you're looking for attentive service, great ambiance, or artful food presentation, this is not the place. If you're nostalgic about old school Chinese cooking, everything was pretty good and portions were huge. Just like a comforting home cook meal, without worrying about washing dishes afterward.

Recently visited. This place gives ZERO service. The female owner sat us down (the second group of customers in the entire place) then forgot about us. She went back to her seat and played games on her cellphone behind the front counter (we could hear the game, sounded like slot machine). The counter was so high, from where we sat, we couldn't see the lady = the lady wouldn't be able to see us without coming to us. We waited for 10-15 minutes, finally I had my husband to go get her attention. I honestly started to think she forgot about us.

I can understand not getting service/attention if the place was busy, but there were a total of two tables of customers at the time!

We ordered. See for yourself, nothing special, seriously. It was pricey compared. I wouldn't mind paying the high price if the service was good and food was good. However, what we've received, it was horrible.

My family will not be returning. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I can get much better Chinese food for cheaper with MUCH better service.

Great food, will support this local business. I'd like everyone to be able to taste their food. Seasoning and cooking is spot on, not the 5star inside but if the food is the focus it's some of the best Chinese food in town.

After coming for yrs, somewhat surprised to notice a slight attitude like we're not the preferred people she wanted to walk in.sadly.but our food was absolutely amazing as usual!

I LOVE THIS PLACE, BEST PAD THAI AND FRIED SHRIMP EVER. THE COMBINATION RICE IS SOOOOO GOOD. I am in love with this place! A little pricey but it’s totally worth it. I come all the way from Rialto to get food from here! So glad my mom introduced me to this place! Very cute place inside, have yet to dine in because of Covid! Once Covid is done I’ll come dine in for sure!

My grandmother actually introduced this place to my family and me. My dad fell in love with the lobster with ginger sauce, the fish fillet with black bean sauce, and the deep fried sole. It's been ages since he had these dishes as our go to place, Foothill Bistro, closed down. The seafood is definitely good! Everything else can be a hit or miss. The beef chow fun was average, but the beef chow mein was really good. Spicy pork chops were fine, but the crispy chicken with ginger is definitely the favorite.

Apart from the food, calling in to make an order can be quite the experience. Either you get someone who is really difficult to understand over the phone, or you get someone that's the total opposite. At the end of the day though, they're able to get your order right.

Food is super yummy and the staff are so nice and friendly. It a great place for a family meal or a special occasion

Delicious deep fried pork chops, always fresh never yesterdays leftover. $$ definitely worth the try. Order ahead beat the wait.
