Got referred to Tailwind Global Pet by Manoir Kanisha in Montreal (Qc, Canada) to handle the customs part of my 2x cats relocation (Praline & Big Foot) from Montreal, Qc Canada to Las Vegas, NV, USA.
James took care of answering all my questions and making sure everything went smooth during the whole process, from planning to the actual transport.

I cannot praise Brady and the Tailwind Global Pet team enough. Brady collaborated closely with our family to ensure the safe and comfortable journey of our 11-year-old Golden Retriever, Ruby, from Florida, USA to Melbourne, Australia. For anyone researching the process of importing a pet to Australia, you are likely aware of how complex, challenging, and overwhelming it can be. Brady helped simplify this process for us, offering a clear and easily understandable schedule tailored to Ruby's travel times, assistance in booking quarantine in Australia, and readily available guidance whenever we needed it.

He communicated with the veterinarian multiple times leading up to the move as required, resolved any setbacks or complications (which were unrelated to Tailwind) with veterinarians and airlines, and provided reassuring support to my family. Deciding to relocate a pet, especially an elderly one, overseas can be stressful and worrisome, but Brady and his team demonstrated exceptional organization, assistance, patience, and ensured that everything was well-prepared for Ruby's journey.

During Ruby's overnight stay in LA, Brady sent me photos and messages to reassure me that she was doing well and being properly cared for. Ruby has now completed her quarantine and is settling back into life in Australia. Although it was a lengthy process, our beloved dog is happy, calm, and healthy, a testament to the excellent care provided by Brady and the Tailwind team. Our family is profoundly grateful for everything Brady did to ensure the safe return of our precious Ruby. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need!

I had a problem with my air cargo company that let me know a week prior my travel that they would not ship my 3 cats until my final destination, only until the nearest airport.i needed to rush to find a ground ship for them. I received Tailwind Global reference, and in less than a week they were able to calm me down in letting me know my babies would be delivered safe after arriving per aircargo. Brady and his team at Tailwind are fabulous! We were so nervous about relocating from San Diego to Rome along with our 65-pound doggy Carina. Tailwind coordinated all transfers and customs with care and attention to every detail. Don't hesitate to call them with any questions, because the process can be overwhelming, but Brady will patiently help you though it.

Tailwind helped so much with reuniting our dog with us after so many other companies were so much more expensive and didn’t include half of what Tailwind did. They handled everything including when he landed in the UK and they gave us updates on every step of the way. Our pup is now with us and we couldn’t be happier! I would recommend them to anyone trying to get their animal to them.

Tailwind Global helped me to transport my 120lbs Labrador from the Bay Area, CA to Maui. They helped me with all the paperwork, crate sizing, and air transportation to LAX, HNL, and OGG. They updated me throughout my dogs travel with texts and photos. Tailwind Global helped me to get my beloved dog home to me on Maui safely.

Brady and Gaby were instrumental in helping our four puppies get through their CDC export from a high-risk rabies country. They calmed our fears, they answered our questions time and time again and they made sure that when our puppies arrived at LAX, that we knew they were okay and sent us photos.
I cannot thank them enough for their help. If you are looking for a CDC location for your import/export or just travel - these are your people!

The Tailwind team are absolutely excellent, I could not be more pleased with the service they provided! I called them in a total panic asking them to help me get my dog to England on relatively short notice and not only did they get it done, but I barely had to lift a finger. Communication was great and I got regular updates. Boodle was a happy traveller after such a long journey. I could not be more grateful to them!

Working with Brady and his team was an effortless experience. He collected our dog on Wednesday morning in Laguna Hills and she was at our home in the UK on Friday. It could not have been easier.

Brady and his team provide exceptional service! They go above and beyond! I can't thank them enough for getting Jasper Cat back to Australia after spending a year in the USA. I have nothing but praise for Tailwind Global Pet and specifically Brady Wheeler. There were many companies I researched because I was moving two of my fur babies (toy poodle mix & cavapoo) from Los Angeles to Hong Kong. I was very nervous about transporting them on a long flight in cargo. However, Brady helped me every step of the way, he answered all my detailed questions, and reassured me that all will be well and it was. From the morning pickup on the day of the flight to being so attentive to all my concerns, my fur babies arrived safely in Hong Kong and everything went so smoothly. Thank you Brady and team for alleviating the stress of transporting my fur babies to Hong Kong! I will highly recommend your company to others.

Great Service overall. My pet flew to Sri Lanka form LAX happily:). I can recommend Tailwind Global Pet if you really care about your pet. I have had horrible experiences with some companies in LA in the past … and finally I am glad that I found my service provider for my loving pets to travel globally.

Had to transport to huskies from LA to London andTailwind made the stressful process so much easier. Their experience and skill helped streamline a complicated and potentially overwhelming procedure. Brady Wheeler and all staff was excellent in helping get our fur baby, KoKo from California to the UK on such short notice. Brady always answered any questions we had. Tailwind Global Pet has VIP treatment for your pet from beginning to the end. They take care of all the paperwork, vet visits, airline booking, getting approved TSA Airline crate, they picked him up from our house, provided boarding, took care of customs, etc. They sent us updates and pictures of KoKo to let us know he was doing well. They made it so easy and less stressful for us and KoKo. We didn’t have any issues picking KoKo up in UK. I highly recommend them.

I would give 0 start if I could. They took forever to answer. Like you have to beg to get any help, and of course they didn’t help at all. I had to call several times and never got any help just a guy which never had answers and with the audacity to tell me “I don’t have time to explain that” which was some information that I needed. What a nightmare. I was paying for the service, it wasn’t something free. Ugh. I need my money back.
