Tak-It-EZ Swimming Pool & Spa, Fontana CA

***BEWARE OVERPRICED AND NO RETURNS*** have been to this local store a couple times in prior years but this time was an eye opener. Extreme heat, our Intex sand filter hose cracked. Priced them at Leslie's 24.99, priced them at Amazon and other places and all around the same price. We ended up walking in to tak Tak it EZ -pool supply. No price on the product. We picked up other items as well and checked out. Didn't notice until our drive home I was charged $44.88 this small hose. Intex filter hose 1.5" 59".
I immediately call and rep said that was the correct price. I explained Leslie's has it for less and I would like to return. That was a no go! He said they do not accept returns.
Everyone do your due diligence and check out other stores before coming here. Needs better customer service as well. We literally just left the parking and couldn't take it back. Bad

Quoted 40.00 after repairs it was 100.00 no phone call to inform me of price difference. Have used this pool supply for years, not happy about this.

This store has a lot of pool needs from toys to parts. I was able to find above ground pool parts I couldn't find at Leslie's or other pool supplies stores near me. The gentleman that was there was super knowledgeable. 2 thumbs up!

It's insane at how knowledgeable these guy are! I have a extremely old system and just by explaining what it looked like the guy knew exactly what I had off the top of his head! They have talked me through repairs multiple times! Saved me a ton of money! And the chemicals here are high quality!

I purchased a first choice wave truck pool cleaner for $389 the smallest leaves clog the cleaner do not buy anything of value from this store because it’s is non refundable I advise you to make your pool of any significant value purchase at Leslie’s
