Amazing experience with this salon. Booked online. Recieved a soothing hairwash. Akiko was very detailed in how to style with reccomendations. Hard to find a stylist well versed in hairstyle types. All the staff were friendly! I highly reccomend!
My stylist was sociable and nice and gave me a great scalp massage while he washed my hair. The cut was fairly quick but did not give me the desired result. I wanted major layers and ended up with basically no layers. Everybody there was overly complementary which can come off as fake. I hate my haircut. I asked him to give me major layers and even though it seemed like it really wasn't layered I let him persuade me that it was. And now I see that it's a terrible cut with basically zero layers, and I can't do anything with it. And they completely lack in customer service because they refuse to even give me a 10% discount to redo it.
This place was amazing! They did an amazing job on my dreads years ago, pretty straight forward process and the stylist helped me every step of the way including after care tips highly recommended for anyone looking to get their dreads done professionally and correctly.
Went from long hair to chin length hair for the first time! Tima was my stylist and was a great sounding board. Loving the new haircut!
My first time here, and I had the best experience with Troy! I absolutely love my haircut - he is so patient, detailed and experienced. He really took the time to understand what I’m looking for and I couldn’t be happier. Left feeling like a whole new person. Can’t recommend enough!
Troy is the best at the salon. Always goes over the top to provide the best quality service. Troy is the only stylist I would ever see.
The staff who did my hair was very friendly and kindly showed me how to blow dry my hair which helped my hair to stay good for a long time. I'll get their name next time and report back.
I love this salon, Troy is an amazing stylist and I felt so cute after! Also love that they wash and condition ur hair and it feels so soft and silky, would def recommend coming here! I was worried about cutting my hair short but Troy was rly patient about letting me see diff lengths, so if ur indecisive this is the place for u
