Talavera Palm Springs

We LOVE coming to Talavera to unwind and enjoy Palm Springs (the older part of town). It’s close to shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. What more can you ask for. Of course we especially like the adult only atmosphere - where each room has a private courtyard and its own hot tub, to relax and absorb the quiet of the neighborhood and desert. The staff here is so friendly and inviting. And at times you might think you are the only people there. Very laid back vibe, and both pools are always the perfect temperature. We plan to come here often.

The pictures online make it look nice but our neighbors were loud and the walls are thin. When you are in jacuzzi outside you have an audience from the building next to it. We came here for anniversary and we left before check out.

Amazing stay. Room was beautiful. Here for a quiet vacation and this place was perfect for it. It’s private, quiet, and peaceful. The Housekeeping lady was nice and helpful. I have a hotel-phobia where I’m scared of dirty hotels (lol), but it was alright at this place. Would love them to maybe get a bug exterminator because cockroaches and other bugs crawl around outside and inside near door, also clean some stains on the wall and bedsheet a bit better. Other than that we had a pleasant stay at this beautiful establishment.

This place was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised about the serenity and peaceful vibe the place has. The room was gorgeous and the private patio with a personal hot tub was everything! Definitely recommend and will be going back.

Magnificent time with four other couples. Cozy pool to hang out together. Only eleven rooms at this property. Plenty of privacy. Friendly staff! Walking distance to the center of town. We walked to dinner both nights.

Best Stay Ever! My wife and i are frequent travelers and The Talavera will stay at the top of our list. The entire staff was very attentive and professional. We’ll be staying there every chance we get. The pool, jacuzzi, room and landscape is well taken care of. Special shout-out to the manager, she made sure all of our needs were met. This place is definitely the “Diamond In The Ruff”!

This is one of the best hotels we’ve had the chance to stay in. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are amazing and the layout makes it feel as though your the only ones staying there. The location is perfect. Had to stay a second time and it was even better. Shoutout to the manager! She is an absolute angel in disguise lol Very friendly and charming.

We stayed at Talavera for a local wedding this past weekend and could not have had a better experience. We stayed in Coba and our room was spacious, and private. The staff was so accommodating from the moment we checked in, and very diligent about making sure we had everything we needed. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely beautiful and peaceful stay at Talavera. We stayed in the Coba suite, which is right next to the tranquility pool. There were a couple of guests sharing the pool with us, but it was very quiet and peaceful. The private hot tub was also incredible, along with the indoor/outdoor shower (perfect water pressure) and beautiful king bed that may have been the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had. I really regret not booking another night here and 100% recommend this resort to anyone staying in Palm Springs.

The private hot tub, fire, candles, decor. It was excellent. Great value. Also, the property has a pretty pool area.
Cons: water pressure in the shower is very minimal, like trying to wash your body under a fire house. Also, there are only mirrors in the bathroom which makes it logistically difficult to get ready (hair or makeup) when someone else is showering. No bathroom fan.

This place was just amazing. The room was just right. I loved the entire property with the secluded little seating areas and the pristine pool! On my last day I actually was planning another trip here! I felt the serenity and peace that is Talavera! Gonna be back soon!

Super cute boutique hotel! We were very positively surprised about it. 2 heated pools. Each suite has its own patio either private jacuzzi. Staff was super nice and helpful. I think there are only 7 suites, which made it perfect for us. It was super quiet but close to the Downtown area (2-3 blocks). Wish there was a food option in there but lots of restaurant are near by. We would definitely come back!

Great little boutique hotel. We went with three other couples and felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. We stayed in Puka, and when they say there is a pool just outside their room, they mean it! If you tripped coming out of the room you might end up in the pool. The room itself was nice, with a nice kitchen and seating area. The bathroom was a little dated, and the sinks aren't that practical, as the faucets are set too close to the shallow bowl of the sink. One set of friends stayed in Sunset, which has a beautiful back patio.
The check-in/checkout was all done via text, which was convenient, as we arrived late evening. We could walk to anywhere in town and to some hikes as well from the hotel. We would definitely return
