I first got to see Tamara Renee for a fascia release session last summer. I loved my results so much that I could not wait to return. I live in Texas but am happy to travel to her beautiful space. I got to return in late December for another overall fascia release. Tamara has a gift to lift our spirits and give us extra hope and encouragement for what our bodies need. I am excited to return again and work in the meantime on the expertise she shared.

I also did the DNAMe test with her and had a Zoom call with my results a couple of weeks ago. Tamara took so much of her time to share those results and break it down using her vast and fascinating knowledge, and to answer my questions. I am so excited to have these huge tools and new information to use to continue my journey toward overall health and wellness.

I own a few Fasciablaster tools, but I really wanted to make sure I was doing things right, and doing the right things.

I had my first session with Tamara, who I’m lucky enough to live only 1.5hr from. First of all, she is so warm and welcoming, I was comfortable instantly. Her location is cozy and incredibly well equipped! She’s so knowledgeable and willing to educate, which is very motivating.

My areas to work are a lot, so Tamara, with her initial process, was able to help me prioritize from the ground up. My first focus in on posture which I didn’t even realize was out of whack. She recommended great flip flops which I purchased on Amazon that night. I’ve been doing exercises she gave me and blasting my feet daily. I’m focused on areas to promote proper posture first and doing exercises and blasting to help the process, including shoulders, back and chest.

I’m excited to get back out to see her and keep working on getting where I want to be. Thank you for being such a sweetheart, Tamara! You really made it an amazing experience where I’d usually be quite timid.

First of all, Tamara is a goddess. She is so kind, sweet, generous, supportive, and knowledgeable. I get weekly fascia blasting sessions with her. So worth it! The day I found Tamara was a new step towards healing and recovery! She is a gifted practitioner who understands the dynamics of the human body. I’m local to her studio so I can see her in person. She is delightful and I cherish every moment spent with her healing hands. Yet she also does virtual appointments across the globe teaching people how to work with their bodies under her instruction. After only two fascia blasting sessions, I can already tell a huge difference in tension and bound fascia beginning to release. I’m hooked!

I’ve been fascia blasting since September 2022. I’ve had good results, but Tamara has helped me take my blasting to another level. I learned so much from her during our session. Between her postural assessment and the new fascia blasting tips, I feel empowered to continue to improve all area of my body. And her demeanor is so warm, genuine, comforting and inviting. Not only did I learn a great deal, I enjoyed myself as well.

After fasciablasting for the last couple of years, I was ready to take it to another level and wanted to learn more about my body and what I can do to see better results and continue healing my body holistically.

My first session started with Tamara taking pics/video so she could see where my alignment is contributing to other visual imperfections I’d like to improve. She instantly saw how my posture and alignment could be improved. Then she did an endermology session, I used the sauna, and she then did a full body blast focusing on my trouble zones and hard-to-reach areas (especially neck and back area). She gave me very helpful tips along the way and areas I need to focus on.

I loved my session so much and instantly felt better. I paid for another 8 sessions and can’t wait to see how my body heals and transforms.

Tamara is absolutely amazing! I did a remote one hour session with her and learned so much in how to address my own fascia challenges. I am so grateful I met Tamara on social media. I was using the FasciaBlaster for years with no real results. Having asked for help through the company's FaceBook page and doing all that was suggested, I was so frustrated with lack of results that I stopped using the tools all together.
