Tamarind Thai Restaurant reviews
17There are a lot of great dishes here. I'm not so big on their stir fries (too thick of a sauce for me), but their ka prow with pork belly is aaaaaamazing. The calamari is yummy and includes veggies too.
I enjoyed the taste of the food here. Its quite comfortable since its not noisy or anything. I'd go again!
Great flavors! Super crowded thats when you know its good! Loved the food! Would try this again!
This was for a called-in take-out order. The food was excellent and the people who waited on me were great! But, I waited in the restaurant for 20 minutes longer than the time they quoted me over the phone. Just tell me it's going to take longer so I'm aware of the optimal time to leave my home to pick up the food.
Haven't ate-in for some time since it's very small, and gets crowded quickly. Take out taste just as good as when you stay. Great food, and very nice people.
Small restaurant with big flavors. Single waiter managed 3 tables with ease. The Salmon seared with crisp on outside of skin. It was hot and tender on inside. The sauce was spicy with chili powder. I kicked up spice level. Definitely worth a visit.
Love finding a new gem. Great food, service and its vibe. Quite pleased with Vegan options.
Neighborhood favorite: great food in a pleasant casual setting.
Wonderful lunch specials $8.95 to 10.95.
This place is understaffed which leaves customers unhappy. There was a line of folks standing waiting for their order right in the dining area. Our order got messed up and one dish was easy too salty.
Amazing food amazing service.
Curry noodles with the crispy noods on top was definitely my favorite. Very bold and flavorful.
I had dinner with a friend. I choose this restaurant because my friend is vegan. I had sizzling salmon with wild rice. It was excellent. I don't remember what my friend had. She seemed to enjoy her meal and said I made a good choice.
The price was quite reasonable. My only caution is the sauce was spicy. The server ask 1 to 10 how hot I wanted, I said 6. Next time I'll say 4.
The service was also quite good.
Love thai food and this was very disappointing- small portions missing items and poor quality chicken. Don’t recommend
Just awful. Too many things wrong with our meal to get into. To patronize this place if you want to have a nice quality experience.
Got the lunch special very reasonably priced, I asked for a Thai Spice 10 and it did not disappoint. It would be five stars if the portion was a little bit larger. Definitely will go back
We walked in the restaurant at 8: 32 and the waitress was in no mood for accommodating us for the dine in function despite my old mom who needed to eat asap due to her meds. Anyways we ordered the to go option and while waiting for the food we saw filling dining in were still ordering. Very disappointed with the lack of empathy and service! Never coming back no matter what
I know the food will be good that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. I always eat here. Today I had to go inside and order. It was kinda unpleasant. Just get a feeling sometimes. I’ll just stick to ordering delivery.
Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT little spot.
Came here with family and everything we had was bursting with flavor. Excellent portions and preparation. This spot is a no brainer if you're even remotely interested in Thai food.
Their Tom Kar soup might be the best bowl of soup I've had in my life.
