Tam's Burgers, Fontana CA

Went Sunday morning and ordered breakfast for my family. When I noticed I didn’t get the breakfast burrito I ordered I immediately called and spoke with Abraham. I explained what happened and repeated my order to him over the phone. He found the ticket with my order and said he’d leave a note with my name that I can go claim my burrito or get credit for the price of it. I went Monday morning and apparently there was no note or anything. So I was unable to get the burrito that I paid for. The girl at the window said she was the one who was packing the food on Sunday but she conveniently didn’t have a clue when Abraham would be in again and she Didn’t “remember “ leaving an item behind. So now I’m screwed out of the what 7/8 bucks the burrito costs. I won’t be going back to this location. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD AND MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE ALL YOUR ITEMS BECAUSE IF THEY FORGET AN ITEM YOU’RE SCREWED.

They always take time to get your order at the drive thru, they forget to put the things you order and pay for.

Love the taste of the hamburgers
And the fries are so yummy.

I don't know if the people that work there have memory loss but I've been there a few times never no problem on my always paid cash but every time I go there they treat me like I've never been there and I'm a homeless person loitering in their store. Or maybe it's just the city and the color of my skin oh yeah this is the home of the klu Klux Klan

Bought 2 large chili fries because I knew they were excellent the chili is unique. BUT THIS TIME I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WHO EVER MADE IT BEFORE BRING THEM BACK! IM NOT GONNA BUY CHILI FRIES UNTIL THE CHILI COMES BACK (THERE NOT GOOD ANYMORE!

It is the most filthy place starting with the waitresses with the smell of 7 males ending with the bad cooks lousy ugly food without flavor dishes poorly presentable an owner should hire clean and decent staff the cashier chewing gum pressing you to order fat women who barely fit there is no inside They can move, leave bayenas, their mop is there, they bring to wipe off the sweat hanging on their shoulders, stinky place

I love the food my favorite is Chilli fries
That think a don't like is the parking lot but good food

Food is always good, and prices as well with large portions, my babies like to eat here too, super picky eaters. Happy to continue supporting this location

Man, this place gives you your money's worth. If you eat here you will not be sorry. The portions are big, and it doesn't make you break the bank. I love this place. Always clean and staff are friendly.

Tams food is always good. I wish I can say I never have to wait. But they are always packed! And you know the food is worth it.

Fries not fully cooked. Burger bun old. This is the worst tams in rialto. Don't go here

All very good! The service, the food, is very good, only the only table that is for more people is used by the staff and they do not let customers pass so that they can use it from there on out, everything is very good!

Smells good hard to decide what you want fast service plenty of room must try Pastrami or that Chicken dinner
