Tan Hoang Huong Bakery & Deli reviews
11The ice coffe here is the best! The sandwiches a little more expensive then the other bandh mi places, but quality is top notch.
The banh mi here is good and all, but the service here is just terrible. Twice at this same location, they got my order wrong. I asked for a banh mi nem nuong, but when I got home, it was a banh mi THIT NUONG!
Apparently the re-wrapped old banh cuon thit with new wrapping. Got food poisoning this morning. Been coming here for years m. Becareful with them items sitting on the counter. Ughhrrrr
This is the first time I get to try the Vietnamese place and it's truly amazing on the inside. My grandma and my aunt Margie have been dining in there before and they're back again.
Had a good experience at this THH. It was a great spot for a quick bite and they had a large selection of ready made foods. We just got a few different banh mi. My son and husband got bbq pork and lemongrass beef. They said the pork was the way to go. I had the fried shrimp and really enjoyed it. We also picked up some spring rolls. The Vietnamese iced coffees are nuclear strong, but super good. My husband has tried other locations and said this one is different and has more ready-made foods. It was pretty busy when we went there. I would go back. I saw a lot of things I want to try next time.
I've only ever gotten the bread out of here. It's right next to my favorite seafood restaurant so I pop in here to grab two loaves, one for my table and one for the staff at the restaurant. Without fail some of the best bread from a Vietnamese restaurant I've ever had. And certainly better than Lee's.
They skimmed on the fillings in bánh mì, no patê, less chả, the bbq pork no longer seasoned correctly, sôi spoiled after a day despite refrigerated. We saw others inspected their orders before leaving the joint, we should hv done the same. Despite, still a round line to the door. $6 each bánh mì, $1 fee for less $20 cc charge.time to find their competitors
Foods are a okay for quick bites. But the place is NOT clean up to the standards as FDA described. Please keep ALL of your food sections/tables extra clean at all time if you really care for the public's interests and health.
Once in a while I got sick few hours after eating their foods. Maybe depending on how clean or dirty the hands of the food preparers are on that day. I noticed they used the rag (look dirty by the way) to wipe the counters, and they went right back to prepare the foods for customers without either changing gloves or washing hands. Please for the sake of your customers, keep GOOD hand sanitization practices before touching the food.
Fast service and has wide variety of food. However their sandwiches are only okay with the chicken being the best. The combination is dry and usually undercooked. They have a lot of quick ready made foods you can buy for breakfast or lunch. However prices have gone up a lot so it isn't as affordable anymore. A premade tray of chicken and rice or noodles is now $9-$10.
Never order Banh Mi Chay (banh mi vegetables), it doesn’t taste good. Have to waited for about 15 minutes.
If you want Banh Mi Chay, go for Thien Dang Restaurant.
First visit there. Tried #1 sandwich yesterday.
Sandwich looked different than my usual Jersey M's place but it tasted really good.
I'll be back soon to try other sandwiches. Loved the fresh bread with veggies.
