Indian Restaurant Tandoor reviews
13 If you work or are around the area looking for fast, healthy, and delicious food strongly recommend this place! Portions are great, and food prices are reasonable to eat frequently. I come to this place 2-3 times a week and never been disappointed, I was going to add pictures but I devoured my food before making this post.
Support local businesses rather than corporations.
This is the best Indian food you can get when in a hurry! If you need a quick Indian bite to eat, definitely try this place you won’t be disappointed!
Lovely people and even better food, first time my hubby tries Indian food and he was super impressed!
Worst food I had in my whole life. I am an Indian and very well know how Indian food tastes like. Used the same curry to make biryani, chicken and shrimp. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS TO BE INDIAN FOOD. Will never buy again. The taste and quality is extremely poor. I am writing this review while eating their food and don't even want to finish it. Please stop fooling people!
Food was DISGUSTING and people had an attitude when I was trying to order. I paid to throw up!
Excellent! A local diamond in the rough. Family lovingly owned and operated. In business for 30+ years. Easy access and parking. Our new go to for Indian Cuisine.
Ordered the chicken tikka masala. The largest problem wasn’t even that it wasn’t tasty, which it wasn’t though it was edible, but that it wasn’t tikka masala. Chicken tikka Masala is specifically a dish of marinated and roasted chicken in a tomato and yogurt sauce with heavy spices including Garam masala and coriander. This for some reason, tasted like canned tomato sauce similar to spaghetti-os with perhaps some added chili powder. The chicken was not roasted, but boiled in this questionable sauce to a uniform gray color. Do not under any circumstances, go here expecting Indian cuisine.
Careful with who you takes your order as they attempted to charge us for a meat platter that consisted of 3 layers of old lettuce & 5 marble size pieces of meat & a quarter chicken tandoori breast.
When I asked about it they said free to replace but when I arrived they would only give me the food if we.
Also the open kitchen concept requires a high attention to cleanliness that they are don't have. Period
Love coming here for lunch! The owners serve you freshly made options! It’s a really great deal to get the combo plates (if you’re hungry!) but i love the samosa and mango lassi here. All the chicken curry they have are nice flavorful choices for a plate or just as a side.
It feels great to support small business that care and work hard. We work near by so a good lunch is always hard to find.
I don’t care if its authentic or not, the food is good and the prices are so ridiculously cheap its like 10 years ago kind of cheap.
I paid $7 for curry, rice, nan, and soup. At these prices, don’t be coming here like a food critic.
The naan tasted fine.
Lentil dal tasted like salty beef boullion. Surprise!
Palak paneer tasted like bland watery hot green smoothie, not sweet, not savory, just meh.
Chicken was cooked nicely in a disappointing salty, slightly-spiced sauce. But the food was hot and I was able to eat it because I was hungry. I don't think I'll go back soon. Sorry guys. I wish I had a better report.
Some of the freshest authentic Indian food I’ve had. The staff was helpful and service was fast. Definitely worth a stop.
I never judge a restaurant by its look…I always go by the food. Unfortunately this was a mediocre restaurant. The food was horrible, chicken tasted old, the biryani was watered down, naan bread was alright.
The 4 stars are total mislead!
