Butter Chicken, Navratan Korma & Indian tea was the ideal comfort food on a gray, rainy day. Add a quietly attentive waiter and you get 5 stars. He must have overheard my 88 y.o. Mother quietly tell me she was cold & suddenly a space was silently placed near her. Just one of the many thoughtful acts during our lunch. First time guest & will be back often!

Love this local gem. Mango chicken is delicious. Chicken 65 is a bit inconsistent but overall very very tasty.

THE BEST. The food here is amazing. Fantastic flavor and quality and the service is great. Been getting takeout from here for years but just ate in the restaurant for the first time and the atmosphere is so nice! Will definitely be coming back to dine-in. Perfect for date night! Can’t wait to eat that chicken tikka masala and saag paneer again soon!

My family loves Indian food and are always on the hunt for good places. We stumbled upon this cute restaurant one Saturday afternoon, and it was so yummy! We had the chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, and garlic naan. We took leftovers home and it was even better the next day! Great spot.

I had the butter chicken and the cheese Naan. They were both excellent. They also have a unique appetizer which is a spin on Tortilla chips. It was also very good. They were attentive and the food came out at a reasonable time.

This is the best Indian food in north county San Diego. Our family regularly orders take out, and it’s perfect because I am gluten free. They have so many good options. We just ate in person, and it was great. We love the atmosphere. It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is incredible.

Best Indian in SoCal. I’ve been all over and this spot has THE best Chicken Tikka Masala and Saag Paneer I’ve ever had. Don’t make a huge mistake and not check it out. #noregrets

Food is ready good…fresh spices and ingredients. Staff is very friendly, restaurant is clean and lively. Would come back again.

We ordered a few dishes plus sheesh kabob!
This dish was disgusting with my first bite and smell really bad!
The waitress apologized when she gave us the bill for charging us for something that we didn’t touch because the owner told her to charge us!
This is not about a $18 dish it’s about customer service my friend!
Specially since your restaurant is always empty!
We live near by in Rancho Santa Fe so it’s convenient to have a bite of Indian food!
You lost a loyal customer for ever over your mismanagement and greed!

Not great if you want vegetarian food. We asked for mildly spiced dishes since our kids were also eating. But what they gave us was completely bland. The dal makhani had no flavour. It was just boiled dal with no tadka or spices. Kinda disappointed since this place had great reviews.

Delightful and authentic. Fresh cuisine made with love and rich with flavor. Friendly and accommodating. A local gem!

I've had better Indian food. The service was very slow. Chai tea came out after we've already finished our meal and we're getting ready to pay the bill.

If you are craving Indian punjabi dhaba food, this is your place. Had the most amazing food. We came in ready to settle for American version of Indian food but we were amazed to find freshly made hot buttered up tandoori roti’s and yummiest saag paneer and daal tarka. My pickiest 6 yr old ate very well n on his own, this is how good the food was.
Owner Mr. Ranjit and his whole staff is so polite welcoming and kind, they offered us “ adrakh wali chai “ after dinner. This whole experience made me crave for their tandoori aloo parantha and surely there we were again 11 am to have their special “ adrakh chai “ (ginger tea) and tandoori paranthas. We are thankful for such amazing food and great hospitality.
I wish I could have taken pictures of our food but it was hard to think of photographs when your food is so good!

Excellent Indian Food - Friendly staff. We just got back from Dinner. We have been a few times when we come to Encinitas from Phoenix- We have also done take out. It is one of our favorite Indian restaurants we have been too. In Phoenix we don’t have as good as here. Recommend! Regardless of what you order you won’t be disappointed- Also have a Kingfisher - one of the best beers IMO

Very good Indian food, large portions - each dish enough for two people - and friendly professional service.
Nothing super special but it is a solid choice, I would eat there again.

We ordered the Vegetable Pakora as an appetizer. Then we got the Chef's Naan basket which had: a mixture of plain naan, garlic naan & cheese naan. Then for the main course we got Gobi Manchurian and Paneer Tiki Marsala. We also were supposed to get the Malai Kofta but the waiter it was his 3rd day so he messed it up and never put it on our order. Anyways we didn't pay for it so it was chill. The Gobi Manchurian was spicy for me so we got a yogurt sauce to dip everything in. Also I feel like they shorted us on the rice as well. Other than that all the food was very good.

Had dinner here tonight and the food was so good! We started with the vegetable samosas, which were flavorful and fresh. We also ordered garlic naan and two entrees, goan lamb curry and butter chicken which were so tasty. Everyone was kind and attentive, and the portions were generous.we will definitely be returning!
