Tangle Creations, South San Francisco CA

It surprises me that a 40+ year old, family-owned company that is this popular only has 2 reviews! I have seen tangles around my whole life, but only got around to buying one when I got my autism diagnosis at 24 years old. Turns out they have a ton of different products beyond the classic tangle. There’s phone attachments, keychains, specific therapeutic ones… I got a phone attachment, and sadly it busted after 3 months of every-day (and probably tough) use. I loved that thing! I reached out to customer service and they promptly responded, not only sending me a replacement, but also a few more goodies as well. I can’t speak highly enough about how kind and helpful their team is! I hope everyone gets the chance to have a little slice of happiness/calmness/regulation that is a tangle in their hand:)

I purchased a football online for my nephew for Christmas, and somehow it was either misplaced or stolen.: (Tangle Creations was a savior and offered to replace it for me! I received my new package after almost everything was sold out! Thank you so much for your kindness and great way of doing business! Great company and Happy Holidays!
