Tapioca Express

I have a complaint against a student staff. Her name is Ivy.

I ordered my food today, and I noticed some veggies were left hanging outside the container. I asked her to help me get rid of those veggies. What made me really uncomfortable was: she used her hands with gloves (not new), and threw those veggies back to the container, and her fingers touched the other salad in the container.

It's very likely she used that hand to swipe customer's bank card on the POS. I don't know if this was intentional, or just brainless, but this is definitely unacceptable. A person who is qualified for this job should at least have some common sense of hygiene. This is such a simple and basic task.

After this happened to me, I don't really trust this store. Are all the student staffs properly trained? I don't know if my food is clean or not when they hand it to me.

I like the place. But can you tell the chef to remember to dress the salad. This plain salad is whack

The potstickers were completely burned and inedible. The “chicken” did not taste like any meat I recognize. The curry sauce was good and made the meat edible. The salad was fine. If I ever return, it would only be to buy a Boba

Always saw crowds of people around this place and decided to give it a try. Friendly staff, good energy.

I tried the Iced Cherry Black Tea. Had a little problem poking the straw through the upper lip/wrapping. Tasted a little bit artificial at first but the taste grew on me. Believe the melting ice helped dilute the flavor. Quality ice and tea seemed good. Maybe new time I will try a regular iced black tea with no flavors.

Good selection of tea. Milk teas, bubble teas, tapioca. Fun place overall.

Well I got the chicken and rice and the chicken was fried with the little dyed salad sort of thingWell I got the chicken and rice and the chicken was fried with A little Bit of a side salad with I don't know what kind of dressing was on it but it wasn't really tasty and the chicken was overcooked and the rice was plain and dry as it could be. It Could have been better if they had some sauce or butter for the rice or even a little salt and pepper. Overall the meal wasn'tVery good

Quick, delicious, and happy workers. Slight variation in the tea when they have training personnel, but they will correct any issues if need be.

I have been craving bubble tea ever since I moved to rural Idaho where none can be found. I scoured my old city of Boston for the best bubble tea and have high expectations. The Jasmine bubble tea from Tapioca Express was incredible. Highly recommended for bubble tea fans.

Their payment system needs a major upgrade, the machine does not want your tips for the staff. I feel bad for the kids working here since the only tipping money they get would be in cash which could spreading the germs? !: (

Either they gave me the wrong drink or their taro milk tea has no taro in it. Why oh why can’t this place be better? There’s infinitely better boba places in San Diego.

Had the coconut milk tea with the lowest possible sugar (20%) and it tasted like 100% at other boba shops. I thought it was a fluke so ordered it again another day and it was still very sweet.
