Department Store Target reviews
29My phone was stolen while in your store. Maybe there's not much you can do about that. Maybe there is. But now I know even Target is not a safe place anymore.
5 stars and more for the Starbucks here. Best I’ve ever been too! The staff is incredible. Outstanding service. The girl who works the weekends in the morning (so sorry your name is escaping me) give her a raise $$$ I’ve been staying in Sausalito the last few weeks and she remembers my drink any time I stop in. Quick, kind, fun start to my days. Thank you ️
Normally we don't have problems with the store. The employees are pretty nice and welcoming, but today was different. We came in and one of the employees knew what we were looking for and said he'd be right back he had some in the back. A couple of minutes later, the manager came over to us and said they were out. Why would the employee go in the back to get us the product per the allowed amount only to be followed by the manager? Seems very fishy to us and we feel that this target is lying to its customers. Pretty sad, when we really felt this was the most honest one in the area.
Louis, a young gentleman working at your store, went way out of his way to help us and we sincerely appreciated his help. Louis was working in an isle and I asked him for a specific product. Louis enthusiastically stopped what he was working on to help us find the item. He couldn't find it on the shelf and we assumed the store was out and we went on shopping. Louis later found us in the store and showed us an item, but it was not what we were looking for. Louis went back again and was actually able to find what we were looking for. I offered Louis a tip and he refused. It's so refreshing to see someone take pride in customer service. We also spoke to Haley about Louis' and how much we appreciated his help. Haley was very personable and helpful too.
I don’t really shop at Target, but when I do- I don’t shop here. Their stock on everything is very minimal. The electronics department is pretty much nonexistent and their health/beauty department lacks selection. They are also in desperate need of parking lot security. My vehicle was broken into and my things were stolen while shopping inside. I was told by police that break-ins happen often, and Target’s outdoor cameras aren’t pointed in any helpful direction. 2 stars because I’ve never had to wait in line, otherwise it would be 1.
Let down, as this Target store does NOT require facemasks to enter. They'll encourage maskless customers instead of kicking them out for public safety. A retail nightmare, this retail store is going to become a TARGET for boycotting. Gonna lose business since politely evil, your actions say it's okay for no masks people to enter stores silently infecting people. What a shame and they had quite a collection for ramyun spicy Noodle soup the red kind, and other great foods as well. Plenty of options. Oh bummer.
Store is taking the liberty to close earlier than posted times. A Target Run becomes a Target joke.
Happened on 5/21/20.
Employees have no respect for social distancing. There is a lady in front of me at the checkout line and rather than continue forward like a normal person, she passed me and line in got less than a foot away from me with no mask. I asked her why she didn't just go forward like everyone else, and she said because she works there. Are you kidding me?
I strongly like the amount of cleanliness this location has. I have heard from friends and family that the Target in San Rafael has tons of lines to get inside and that not every one is wearing a mask or keeping 6 feet.
Insufficient shelves with incomprehensible restocking examples that made the singular visit futile. Sorry for judging on the one and only experience at this store that was in stark contrast with basic Super Target experience.
For a "new" Target I thought this location was pathetic! Mess all over the place, 2 checklanes, very small selection. Very dirty. Mop floors?
Very nice store, but it's very small. And doesn't have everything I've come to expect in a Target. Everything also seems kinda pricey. Had to order everything online or drive elsewhere.
A medium size Target - lots of good things about it.however, my SIngle Complaint is being forced to self do the Check Out. Wish there was one open register. If t were open fro 0900-12n - I would shop then.
Small useless store.
Doesn't have the variety that you would expect from target.
I miss best buy: - (
Watch out for the totally freakin overzealous security man there. Homeboy followed most of the women around the store so closely and so aggressively it was scary. 3 of us complained. It would be fine if not for that guy. Try and be a bit more subtle and maybe you'll actually catch a thief.
The staff at the checkout are totally incompetent. It’s always a sh1tshow, if there’s even someone there at all.
You’ll probably have to use the self checkout which will demand a store employee come at some point, but no ones coming.
At least the pharmacy has their act together.
Smaller store but still lots of great prices on all kinds of good stuff. Groceries too! Staff is a bit slow, so don't be in a hurry.
This is a half size of normal Targets. Very convenient but not as large as a typical one. The layout is very confusing and hard to find things that I need. The right is focused on medicines, pharmacy, small household needs, the back is food, the middle are clothes and very limited and the left is toys and utility items for the house as well as school items. Don't use their fast check out.it is actually very slow.
Great store and the staff is so helpful and courteous. InIn an era of workers who don't give a damn the staff here is exceptional.
Beautiful Target store. Although, one of the smallest it is clean and super nice. If you are a man they have a tiny men's section. Women's and children's is quite large. They have brands and clothes that are not in your standard Target.
