Department Store Target reviews
35It's the holidays. It's crowded. The shelves are a mess. They're out of stock with what you want. But online.
Never been a fan of the cleanliness of this store. Also, this store is not very well stocked. If I NEED something popular, I drive past this Target to go to the one in Carson because I have a higher chance of getting it there. No joke: 50% Torrance will have it, 90% Carson will have it.
This is my favorite Target, I know where everything is, the lines move smoothly and some of the cashiers are flipping hilarious.
Ventured to Target to buy some dog food and I was pleasantly surprised at their selection and value.
Target has comparable items available and it's floor staff are friendly, informed, helpful and generous. A fallback that I observed is that there are too few floor staff and if you find one then they are usually busy helping someone else.
Usually has what you need. & what you don’t. Be sure to compare prices before selecting size, etc. Clothing prices are usually much better than online or in the mall. But, if you're looking for seasonal clothing items, you need to check 1-2 mos prior. - Lots of parking; self checkout option speeds up the experience; and, relaxed customer friendly return policy encourage customer return shopping. - Be sure to bring your own bags. $$
Comfortable layout overall even though the store is in full swing Christmas mode.
Aisles were not filled with pop up displays allowing free movement with shopping cart.
They are downsizing, it's harder to find products that you're looking for. Employees are very helpful! Target stores have always been more expensive than other retail stores
Love this target.it isn't crowded.parking is always easy. There is a starbucks inside and it's a very large clean store. The mall is accross the street and the location is great.
The store is visible from the back side street but hidden behind many trees in the front. The entrance is difficult to find because the parking lot enters you at the exit to the store. The parking lot is a rat's maze and there are never parking spaces available. The store is clean and the staff is friendly
I received an email and a text that my online order was ready for puckup. I went two hours later and was told the computer sent that out and the item was not available. Try tomorrow.
The beauty and the beast trailer playing in the background was truly breathtaking. That young lady singing has an amazing voice. Sounds like a Melody House
The staff needs improvement and the lines are longer then average. But the most important thing is the fact you can't find good enough prices for yourself. It's not only a waist of money but it's not worth it. However the people are are nice (some) the location is clean and the large parking lot is safe but needs to be more well lit.
Your usual Target. This is a pretty big one tho. Women's clothing was in a disarray. Nice grocery selection for a Target.
Customer service was terrible. I asked them to check stock of an item at another location, and she could barely be bothered. I inquired about ordering it online, and they told me to do it myself and made it clear that they wanted me to move away from Customer Service.
