Department Store Target reviews
31 Great service!
Shopping Target's drive-in is a breeze! The ap is extremely easy to use & is very complete. When you get to Target, follow the instructions on your phone & someone will come out to ask for your code (on your phone). They come out in a few minutes with your order. Love it!
SHAME ON YOU TARGET (GARDENA) Worst customer service on a MONDAY NIGHT! The store manager that never wants to help lazy and unwilling, always has an excuse and the employees calling each other names ** very UN-professional and disrespectful team, NEVER AGAIN. From now on i willlll be driving the extra mile to the target thats located in Lawndale, they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE at that location.
I was able to get help right away. Customer service was great on the electric department and check out as well.
A truly enjoyed my visit. The parking is a little bit more than what to expected. But there were no lines in the service was exceptional. The manager is always very nice and courteous and he makes sure that no one is waiting in line. I love that.
I would have given them a five but with the covid 19 pandemic going on you have to wait to be called while everyone waits in one line. And if you have 2 things in your hand they will place you behind someone with 50 things in a cart. Somethings wrong with that.
The cashier was very patient with the process of my return when I had to search for my return item on the app. Everything went well there. Did some shopping after that and as I was heading out the door, the lady that looked like one of the managers told me"I need you to leave the cart. Uhum! (nodding in agreement with pressed lips and raised eyebrows) " (since they were about to close), I found that rude (It was the way she said it, the tone of voice she said it in). I had my toddler with me and a 56quart size tub plus I had parked quite far since all parking spots closer to the store were taken when I arrived there. I found that uncomfortable & inconvenient. I also understand employees want to go home or maybe they had to cut hours for the employees so they can't go over hours, but that's not my fault as a customer, that's bad planning from management; it was not good for them to do that specially at night and to parents with toddlers (or kids 7 and under) I also understand it's the Gardena location but still, its Target.it's the brand that counts not the location. Please Be considerate of parents specially when closing time comes around.
The Gardena Target store is the only one in the area that carries the senior-diet (Vibrant Maturity) variety of ONE dog food. It's at least 7 miles from my house, so I have to make a large-quantity purchase to justify the travel expense. It would be nice if other Target stores closer to LAX carried that variety.
The cashier Jasmine is the sweetest she can make anyone whose having a bad day have a great day. Target doesn’t deserve her she’s the best!
Its A Really Stocked Target! I did Like It! But However, Starbucks Was Clothes! The Pizza Hut Has The Smallest Wings n Pizzas In The World! So disappointed!
I purchased three nerf guns a few weeks ago during their buy two get one free offer as a birthday gift for my 10 year old. I stopped by today to exchange one of the nerf guns since it didn't work. Simple exchange that should take about 10mins right? It wasn't. I explained what was wrong with the item and mentioned I would like to exchange it. I was given a receipt for a $16 dollar refund which I thought was odd but figured it is probably part of their standard operational procedure. I was told to look for the item at the toy section which luckily they had the same nerf gun in stock. I bring back the nerf gun to complete the exchange and to my surprise. I am told my total for the day is about $33. I reminded customer service I asked for an exchange. I informed her I purchased the item during a buy two nerf guns get one free offer and I just don't understand why I am asked to pay $33 for a simple exchange. I showed my receipt more than 5 times to customer service when requested, a supervisor shows up with no proper customer etiquette, no greeting and didn't bother to ask me what was the issue. He told me (not asking) to show my receipt which I did about 2 times. I am then told they can't do an exchange because I purchased it during a buy two get one free offer, used a target circle balance and that the system doesn't allow it. After 45mins, I am told by customer service "we are going to exchange it this time because we normally don't do this for anyone. " In the end, as a customer. I walked away embarrased, feeling I was a huge bother to Target employees. I was still within the proper time frame to return and item for a refund or for a same item exchange. Next time, I'll save the trouble for Target and myself by making all future toys and electronic purchases at Amazon or Best Buy.
Target grocery prices have increased even taking into account the impact of covid on prices. Also, stock shortages are a pre-covid issue which is apparent at other target stores as well.
This is a great store with a pharmacy that is very quick & helpfull. They stay on top of things & get back to you when they say. Thats becoming rare!
Really bad customer service, employees like to talk about the customers. Never going there again.
Target is making this place look a lot better! Just recently finished remoleding and it looks great. There is still more room for opportunity but they are definitely taking a step in the right direction. Can't wait to see what they have in store for us.
The Starbucks in this store is understaffed, fine when it's slow, but annoying if there is any kind of line. Like two people in front of you can add about 29minuts to your wait time
They recently renovated this Target so it's a lot nicer than before. Love love love shopping at Target! I can find everything I need here.
Clean location very good selections, I liked The side lamps and the wall watches good prices, easy parking
The redesign is terrible, aisles went from maybe 5 carts wide down to maybe 3. Everyone was squeezed together and if one person stops you have to wait for them to move which is every 15 feet. And this was on a Thursday afternoon, can’t imagine the holidays. Don’t know what the designer was thinking.
I've been shopping at this Target location for years and I liked coming back here because the customer service is great and I've known the starbucks barista for over 5 years lol. Anyway, I came in this morning around 9am with my son and partner. We were at the toy department when these two employees started talking loud on how kids messes up the isles and the parents don't care blah blah blah. I felt that was very unprofessional of those employees to do that. I feel like if they didn't like their job they shouldn't be there. You're going to have to straighten The store before and after work. The customers drives the sales which gives them hours to work so just be respectful. Not all customers are bad. I reported it to the manager and she was very apologetic but that really bothered me.
They treat you bad especially the one who says to be a manager because she has no manners or education instead of helping the costumer, she answers with an unprofessional way and if she doesn't like her job she better find another.this store needs to train the staff better.
